Exceptional. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was fantastic. I don't have the names of everyone but please look them up on my history. The most recent person I worked with was Melissa Bronson. She was just wonderful. Each person I talked with was so very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and above all, kind and genuine. Rachel was prompt in her phone calls and emails in getting me to approve of the final "ready for press." I would recommend this company to anyone - I am completely singing your praises! Our shirts look very professional. We haven't washed them yet, but we're hoping they wash well. I had a bit of trouble with your site during the design process, but everything else went perfectly. The customer service was excellent and speedy.

Overall, I thought CustomInk was fantastic to work with. It was fun to design my own t-shirt and the website is really easy to use. I did have to go through a few proofs to get exactly what I wanted, but the final product was perfect!

I am beyond amazed at the excellent customer service provided in all areas - web chat, phone and email. The website was easy to navigate and use and I was very happily surprised at the short amount of time it took to place and receive the order, especially considering the fact that the shirts I had ordered were various different brands, colours and sizes. I will definitely be recommending CustomInk to anyone who is need of screen printing.

I had a terrible experience with another shirt company - so unprofessional and dishonest. ( I failed to read reviews first). When I went to the CustomInk website, I was very happy with being able to quickly create my shirt and get communication all along the way of the order, creation and shipping process.
