Very pleased with the overall experience with CustomInk. Customer service was great! Quick response to emails, and phone calls. The company made us feel like we were part of the entire process. Having the graphic artist call and offer suggestions on making our product look better was amazing! Our school will certainly be ordering again from CustomInk.

The bunny hugs were awesome. Very happy with the way the customization of our logo and the color matching. I would also like to thank the representative that called me regarding my order being changed. She may have been the nicest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. The screen printing quality is excellent and the grey draw strings were a nice touch!, but the placement of the back emblem seems lower than the approved placement which throws off the balance. With the price per sweater at $83 I'm satisfied but not ecstatic with them.
