I was hesitant to call bc I usually hate going through a huge phone tree only to be put on hold, and then speak with someone who is not happy that I interrupted his or her solitaire or facebooking. But, I had questions, so I decided to bite the bullet and pick up the phone. Much to my surprise, an actual human picked up right away (totally caught me off guard!), and not only a human, but a pleasant, knowlegable human who was willing to help! Whaaaa??!!!! I didn't even know such a concept still existed! Anyway, it was a very helpful, pleasant, BRIEF interaction that answered ALL of my questions (I know! Shut the front door!). Wonders never cease. The whole process, from googling 'family reunion t-shirts' and having your website pop up first, to super easy/intuitive navigation and design of the t-shirt on my phone in minutes, to getting each of the 21 people I had to order for exactly what they wanted, to the pricing and ridiculously amazing customer service, to the updates on order status and shipping...every.single.bit of it was OUTSTANDING. Way to go, custom ink! You have a customer for life!

Overall it was great experience, really nice. We hope to have more people order next year. I was wondering if it were possible to know if there is a problem with a graphic prior to placing the order so we can have more time to search for a different graphic. Other than that it's an A+ experience.

They were the best. I placed my order with a spelling error. I caught it, called them and they changed it for me right away. The proof process is the best. I had one more chance to look at my product. The turn over rate was great.

Don't try to complete your order online. You have so many more options if you talk to a person on he phone. They can help you figure your order out, especially if it's complicated.
