I don't even know where to start...This company exceeded my expectations. Last year I wanted to order shirts from them but we had such a small order we had to go with a friend's business. This year we ordered 50+ shirts and they were cheaper than what my friends company could do them for and far better quality! Every person I spoke with (and I called several times before I placed my final order) was patient, knowledgable and seemed genuinely interested in my non profit. One associate went on my website and emailed me that she liked our mission. I had problems uploading one of my files to the site and the art team was able to reduplicate my idea (actually they improved on it) to give me the best outcome. They did that FREE of charge, and SUPER fast. My shirts came 5 days earlier than expected, when I opened the box I was very impressed, so was the rest of our group. Custom Ink's communication from start to finish, from emails, to follow up text was top notch. Great group of people. I can't wait to order again.

Have ordered several times from Custom Ink, and will continue to do so. This last time there were a few more bumps along the way, and it it took a bit more of my time than normal to get the order finalized. We were trying to combine two separate products that used the same screen print, so I wasn't able to finish up my order online. As a result, somewhere along the way, the wrong color design got used, and it also got pushed to production even though I hadn't approved the proof that was sent. A helpful and friendly rep did help me get it all sorted out with a phone call though. There was also come confusion with my quotes this time as well. Everyone throughout the process was very helpful and friendly.
