The service was fantastic. I communicated with folks on several occasions throughout the planning stage. Everyone treated me well, had all the information in front of them regarding past communication and answered all my questions quickly and with knowledge. They also provided advice. The T shirts are soft and the sizing is working for every one of our 38 t shirts.

I had used CustomInk to design football uniforms for an intramural squad when I was still in university, so when it came time to create race tshirts and tshirts to wear in memory of two of my co-workers who were killed in a work related accident last year, I knew who could help me get the job done. CustomInk not only met my expectations, but exceeded them with great customer service, fast delivery and a design that looks better in reality than it did on the computer. We ordered 72 shirts for various employees and their family members, with further orders coming now that people have seen the shirts first hand. My experience was frustrating in that, aside from my comments above, each time I chatted with a person a new step was added. example, when I first called, I should have been told what steps would be needed to simplify my adventure rather than just answer my questions, inexperienced as I am at ordering on line. Each person I chatted with were very nice and helpful and helped me with my situation at that moment however I believe with more advice or more questions from them more calls could have been avoided. This is an awesome idea, shirts are nice and of good quality, service is excellent. With some tweaking of the website and a new way of dealing with customers, I would definitely order from Customink again. Thank you.
