Overall, excellent!! Wonderful customer service - they perfected our design and the result was exactly what we wanted! My only complaint is that prices for small amounts of shirts is a bit high, which could cause me to go elsewhere for a club t-shirt (typically 10-20 students). So, if it's possible to give discounts to teachers, for example, that would be awesome!!

Design editor was simple and high quality. Super easy to set up & organize the online order form, made it really easy for team members to sign up for what they wanted. Recieved a design proof from the customer service team shortly after confirming the order submission, though nothing needed to be changed :) Fast production and shipping, and the final products are awesome!

I love working with Custom Ink. This is our sixth year ordering the same shirt. Every process is easy, customer service is friendly and the product is fantastic. I only wish it weren't so expensive to replace or buy shirts after the initial order. We usually can't afford to buy extra shirts with the initial order and we always have students join our class later in the year who won't have our special shirt. Otherwise, Custom Ink is fantastic!
