Customer service is great, their ability to customize simple logos and make something special for you - for a great price - is fantastic. I've used them for both shirts and hats and each time the experience and product is great. Only issue I had on the last order is the tie-dye shirts: they're great, they look great, but they DO run VERY small. The note on the website should say "at least one size" small...
