The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. You can't beat Custom Inks customer service. We did have a little bit of back and forth about the proof but hey they were making sure that is perfect and I appreciate that. Now that we know how some of the sizing would be on the American Apparel shirts we would gladly order our next round of shirts from CustomInk. The best part of the process is the group ordering and everyone checking out individually. This was super helpful and took the work away from the person who would normally have to do the collecting $$

Overall experience was good, they made some mistakes with delivery, but rush fees were reimbursed and a credit was offered. They do need to pay more attention to orders.

CustomInk was a breeze to use and so easy to navigate for this "non" tech savvy girl :) Uploading the design was very simple and I love the fact that a design professional double checks the artwork before printing. The shirts we chose were perfect, and the quality of the screen printing was great! I will definitely use CustomInk again for future apparel orders.
