I ordered tees for incoming kindergartners whose fall semester has been converted to virtual due to the pandemic. Parents were assigned by our county a specific time when they could pick up fall learning materials, and the tees were to go in the tote bag they received. We had only one shot to get these community-building school-spirit tees delivered to our newest students...and then a printing error set the order back a day beyond that time assigned by the county. Customer service reps must have heard the sadness in my voice -- the leapt into action to get the tees to my kindergartners by the original date promised. They spared me from the logistical nightmare it must have caused, but the evening before our 7AM county-assigned distribution time, a courier arrived at my door with the tees I'd ordered, all properly printed and exactly as promised. I burst into tears at how Custom Ink reps went the extra mile to spare these kids one more disappointment in these extraordinarily difficult times. I'll never forget it.
