Now, this is where it gets bad. I closed the order on the 16th of June. As soon as the order was closed, the problems started. First, there was a question about the artwork - the image was from a military recruiting poster from the 1970s - since it was "artwork" a question of gaining artists permission came up - I had to literally prove to the licensing department that this poster, like all military visual aids was public domain. Then, it was held up in the art department - it took 4+ days to get a proof - I'm still trying to figure out what they did because the image looks pretty much like what I had put on the shirts in the design lab - if there are differences, they are so subtle I can't see them. Then came the production issues - Apparently there was some kind of "glitch" putting the flag on the shirt sleeves - In every design, the flag was on the sleeves - production didn't set them all up that way and that had to be fixed. When the shirts went into production, the date the shirts were supposed to arrive to my people was listed as the 3rd of July - Kind of late, but acceptable. A few days into production, the date was bumped to the 6th of July - Now, the event is on the 7th, so there would be a large amount of people not getting their items until AFTER the event. A suggestion to bulk ship shirts to an address near the event site was made and a large amount of the items were shipped there. The shipment arrived on the 5th - When I got to the event site and opened the box, there was a large bag with shirts. There was a break down of shirts by size and color, but no list of the orders that were in the box - I'm just glad I had printed out a list before I left home or I would have been trying to figure out what was what at the event site. So, here I am at the event site and having to sort out orders - Yes, this is how I wanted to spend my time at my event -This is exactly why I don't do bulk ordering in the first place - who wants to have to sort and divide out shirt orders while trying to enjoy themselves at their event? The quality of the shirts and the printing was pretty good, the customer service through out this was good - But, the hassle and having to deal with all the issues I had to make me want to look for another vendor. I have had Custom Ink print numerous orders for me - some totaling into the thousands of dollars, and still have three open group orders - but after all the issues I am starting to look for a different vendor for my shirts next year. I can find someone to do the same thing you guys do and who would welcome my business.

Website is easy to navigate, variety of colors on all products, lots of products to choose from. Overall very happy with my purchase and recommend custom ink for everyone.

So pleased with our experience and end product! Customer service was always helpful, and they took our submitted design and tweaked it just enough to make it look flawless! And I LOVE the ability to do group orders! It made rounding up everyone's orders super simple!
