Custom Ink's customer service was amazing! The original design my students created did not fit well on the size XS hoodie they selected. Custom Ink immediately contacted me, suggested scaling down the size for a better look, sent a copy of the new scaled down design for us to check, and still completed our order before the projected deadline. Wow! The quality of the printing and the product were outstanding. Thank you, Custom Ink!

Website was easy to navigate and I like how I was sent a proof of my order. The sweatshirts arrived in a timely manner and the quality was good except for the Ladies Anvil Hoodie. It's terrible. Save your money and order something else.
