Good...It's just that the shirts run wayyyyyy small - to an absurd degree. I ordered a size up (based on your recommendation that they run small) but I probably needed two sizes up - they are tiny.

What I most appreciated was the speed and clarity of the customer service contact. The woman who assisted me was a very clear and kind communicator. She helped us to make the design more printable, responded to multiple emails, and she made us a product I was very pleased with. Thank you very much!

The shirts were customized for my friend's bachelorette party looked phenomenal and even helped score us a feature spot on the local news that night!

We would have gotten smaller sizes if it wasn't for your disclaimer about the product running small and the great sizing chart you have with actual females wearing the product and giving us their body sizes. That is the best size chart we have ever seen. Because of it, everyone got a shirt that fit properly!

Stellar service. Very personal. I actually had a preference to support a local nonprofit printing business that offers employment for low-income people, but the ease of designing and customer service of customink won my business.

It was very easy to use CustomInk to create an item that was exactly what we wanted. I appreciate the small attention to detail that allowed all of our shirts to look their best once the design team perfected our look prior to printing. The group sign-up sheets were immensely helpful and the quick, FREE shipping was fantastic. I didn't realize that we could combine two different products into one order since they had the same printing but customer service immediately notified me and credited my account with the change in price!
