This was a quick, user-friendly process. Everything was on time. There were good quality control measures in place, and overall this was a very good experience. I will be using CustomInk again. My only complaint is that I had to order about 15 more items to meet the minimum requirement than what I really needed. But because of the user-friendly process and good customer service, I decided it was worth it...

Great customer service. We needed our product in a short amount of time and everyone I spoke with was extremely accommodating. We were assigned a personal customer service agent after our first contact with CustomInk & were treated well for the duration of working with them. Product arrived in good condition and even though we had to change something with our order, they arrived on the original guaranteed arrival date.

I was completely impressed with the product quality and service provided by CustomInk! Shortly after placing the order I received a proof of the logo artwork I had submitted for our mugs. The artwork was enlarged from what I could do on the website and it looked great! Next I received a phone call informing me that the mug supplier was out-of-stock. I assumed I would be asked to pay more because a different supplier was going to be used but instead, CustomInk wanted to make sure it would be okay if the delivery date was extended by one day. One day? Of course! When I received the shipment I was delighted with the packaging and then realized I was shipped five extra mugs... yippee! This was perfect because four mugs had broken or were damaged in transit. I was still ahead one mug because of CustomInk's foresight and experience. Thank you!

The interface of the website was clear and easy to use. I was able to upload my graphic with no trouble, and the adjustments which were made to produce the final product were done quickly and well. The first draft was just what I was looking for. The shipment was packed well. Only one mug arrived broken, and that loss was more than compensated by the extras that were included just in case. Above all, the price of the whole project makes it worthwhile. This is a logo I hope will become iconic for my place, and these mugs will go far toward accomplishing that goal.
