I was very impressed overall especially how the artist altered my image, I had a list of names on the back and they made them more evenly spaced and all the same size. I was so thankful they had done this as it looked so much better than my original design as i am not an artist.

I had to call customer service several times over the span of the order. Each time the representative quickly read existing file notes to catch him-or-herself up on the details of my order. I placed an order for over 100 shirts for an after-school club at a public high school, a school that happens to share initials with at least two major universities. I was told that the shirts could not be printed using these initials without some other identifying words, like the name of the city. I was told that it was company policy to not use these initials so that the universities would not be misrepresented. Even though I disagree with this policy (the university does not own the initials like it would a name or logo), I do commend the representatives for their politeness and willingness to offer suggestions for possible alternatives. Overall, even though I could not get exactly what I wanted, the quality and service was excellent.

I was very impressed that I was contacted about concerns that my artwork needed a minor revision. I am very pleased with the end result and that my first concerns (that my artwork inadequacy was an attempt to upsell me) were not accurate and the end result is very professional.
