Thanks for the band t-shirts

My order involved a custom design with specific colors. It was printed on two different types of t-shirts. I am very pleased with the results. The shirt colors were well represented on-line and after a couple of print color-tone iterations with the tech representative, the colors came out just the way I had envisioned them. Tech interaction and turn around time was great. This product was a set band t-shirts and I, as well as my other band mates will be ordering more from Custom Ink.

(17yo, Marching Band, had to do an order of 10) I struggled a bit with the group pay, first time using the website and running one, but after messing around it was all good. In the end when I had a problem, I contacted customer service via the texting way, and it was freaking amazing. I would die for the lady that helped me. She pulled some cool cards and I was able to order it the day I had to.

Kansas State University Marching Band alto saxophones are very happy with our section shirts! Also VERY happy they were delivered earlier than the original approximate delivery date!

Not great. The lettering on the shirts we received is not readable on the black shirt. The purple on the design we approved is brighter so it can be read on a black shirt, but on the tshirts we received you cannot see the purple. Very disappointing for our pep band students who designed the shirts themselves. Will not be using Custom Ink again.

I wish I could thank all that after involved in this order, but I don't know everyone's name, so I will say thank you very much for all your hard work and patience. There were many revisions and phone calls involved to reach completion.. The end product was Spectacular, the band kids were extremely happy. Shirt product and color was second to none. This was my final year in highschool to make a tshirt for our marching band section, and I used custom ink both times that I made any shirt and I would come back anytime!

I loved that I could look at things on the website first but then consult with someone on the phone. Emailing a specific person vector graphics and photos sped the process along. I was impressed with your ability to handle my order despite manufacturing shortages. I went from not knowing if I could ever get the hats I needed for my band to knowing I could get more than enough well before "deadline." The value was excellent.

I made up a dumb design on templates provided by Custom Ink for my fake band I have with a friend and it was worth every penny for the sake of being idiots. We do actually play music, just the need to advertise is unnecessary. That said, do this for inside jokes. Totally hits.

Customer service was great. They made sure I received my shirts in time for our band camp. She was so kind and actually caught a coloring mistake for us and ensured we didn’t pay extra for a color.
