Fantastic! You set a high bar of delivery and customer service and met it.

I talked to reps on the phone and over chat, and both were very helpful. In particular, Zack over chat set a high bar for customer service quality. He helped me tailor my design for both a unisex and women's cut shirt and then also fine tuned shipping so that my order arrived on time, but didn't require me to pay more than I needed to pay. This was my first time using Custom Ink, and the entire process was handled so well--and the design platform so excellent--that I wouldn't hesitate to return for future orders.

I needed 100 shirts fast... from beginning to end, Customink was quick to design, quick to order and quick to deliver.... very satisfied with the price paid... they set a high bar for others.

Overall experience? EXCELLENT I come back year after year. I think this is my fourth year! I don't even want to know how much I have spent with Custom Ink! The customer service reps are bar none THE BEST! So helpful and personable! I love working with them!

It was a pretty good experience, minus the fact that the order status bar never worked causing me to contact customers service to check my order status (Guaranteed delivery was Dec. 24. It arrived on Dec. 23)

We decided at the last minute to order T shirts for a big group cruise. It was less than three weeks away when we decided to place an order. I loved the process of designing my own shirt, with the help of the high quality designs and images to choose from on the site. The shirts arrived in time (we did not need to rush order), neatly packaged and organized by size for easy distribution. The process of placing the order, double checking the order was seamless. There were ample opportunities to speak with a rep or get support if needed. I did have to change my t-shirt color because the one I originally chose did not come in kids sizes and I did want the shirts to match. This is not a criticism since you cannot stock every shirt in every size. When I did make the change, it was easy to do on the website and it was easy to see what my choices for shirts in adult and kids sizes were. Overall, very happy with this experience and have already recommended the site to someone at my school who would like to have custom shirts printed. Thanks! Will be using you again soon for my son's bar mitzvah swag! xo

Excellent quality. It’s a real hit at the bar and parties, but my mom doesn’t like it too much, though I guess that’s on me and the design I made lol.

We are very happy with our experience. My 13 year old designed the sweatshirts for her Bat Mitzvah. It made her feel proud to make the design. The website was very easy to use and we are really pleased with the quality of the sweatshirts. They look beautiful!

Everyone in my area uses Custom Ink (my wife's company, men's bar crawl, youth lacrosse) - and now I know why. Great experience, great online tool for creating my shirt design, the Tri-Blend tees are my favorite by far, even though they're a full size smaller than the full cotton brands. Material is fantastic, all is excellent. Can't wait for my next event to order customized shirts.
