Ironically, although Everyone of your designers,it seemed to me I worked with most, if not all, said What a fun experience working on My design was... Personally I found The whole process to be an agonizing ordeal. My VA Brain Dr Tells me that due to Extent & Severity of my "Dain Bramage", I Only have a few years left of lucidity. The Booster lady based in Boston Talked me OUT of trying to get my Design publicized..... Pointing out That the client pool for such a shirt Is extremely limited.... Not much support for "invisible injury" and Maybe I should just "Go ahead and Kill myself." Things got contentious when I stated that fifty percent is so too much, downright usurious, that I realize cheating and theivery are Status quo for Boston,(referring to the "Tuck Rule" game.),Nevermind Deflate gate, I can't help but wonder ; how much it was to bribe That Federal Judge.. Tried convicted/Acquitted, wait a minute, How's that go again? So I guess you all feel justified in Your attempted theft of my intellectual Property. On the other hand, half of something, is better than all of nothing, which is where I am.

CustomInk once again outdid themselves. We needed 50+ shirts in a 48 hour turnaround then the CustomInk team was able to get the shirts printed and shipped...Which arrived an hour early. Thanks for helping us make this a special moment for our boss who beat cancer and was able to run in the 2015 Boston Marathon.

We love the T-shirts and we all wore them to the Boston Marathon. Everyone loved them!! But the main thing was the customer service gals and guys who helped us get it done . THey were awesome !! I spoke with about three different gals and 1 or 2 guys . All were extremely helpful and professional and friendly/ What a difference that makes! Thank you all so much . THe color of the shirts is great too and the images perfect!!

CustomInk outdid themselves. The customer service (multiple phone calls), the quality of shirts, the quality of screening, and the genuine interest of the product we were creating far exceeded our expectations. The Boston Strong Cancer Survivor shirts will be worn and repped proudly at the 2015 Boston Marathon by the man who inspired the shirts and beat cancer.

Is there a better word than 'FANTASTIC', because that is the word I'd like to use to describe how the entire process from start to finish went. Your website was super easy to use and allowed for great creativity. Uploading of my artwork was fast. Customer Service reps Lynne and Deena were great on both the phone and email with questions and concerns, offered suggestions and put together some alternate designs.....and then saw my final design thru to the end. The shirts are SO COOL, delivered days ahead of schedule (even after our design challenges) and we are going to look SO GOOD cheering on our runner in the Boston Marathon! We'll have to send you a picture of us, because we plan on standing out in the crowd of 500,000 expected for the race. Thank you SO MUCH. I guarantee you that I will be using you again and sending additional folks your way.

My marathon partner and I ordered shirts from you for every race we do. The first one in 2013 was just a small order and then in 2014 it grew by a few more. Now, for the Boston Marathon, it seems like everyone wants in so we placed one huge order only to have to add a second order!!! The design process is beyond simple and I really liked to customer service follow up along the way. This marathon is very special because A) it's BOSTON B) it's for charity for a Boston hospital and C) it's a run in honor of a loved one who passed away recently. When you need the best, Customink is it! See you in the Fall for Marine Corps Marathon!

I made this shirt to run the Boston Marathon in for my team. I had wanted the New Balance athletic tank, but had to order in quantities of 6 and I just needed 1. I understand this, however it was a bit frustrating especially after seeing the product that you do not offer an option for a more athletic tank in single quantities. The designs came out fine, but the material/quality is not at all what I would classify in the "athletic" category, it is very basic and not built (in my opinion) to endure 26 miles of sweat.

I am participating in the 2015 Boston Marathon and chose CustomInk to make some fun, memorable shirts for the event. I am tremendously happy with choosing CustomInk for this project for a number of reasons. Their website was simple and easy to use. After submitting my order, I received nearly immediate confirmation on the order. A few days later, I was contacted with proofs for the final product. Considering time constraints of deadline based fundraising, I was tremendously satisfied with the speed and efficiency of CustomInk. I also want to thank Laney, Charity Outreach Coordinator of CustomInk, for contacting me after my order was processed to inform me of CustomInk making a donation to my fundraiser for the Martin W. Richard Foundation. I am so moved by the kindness and generosity of CustomInk! If I could possibly give 6 stars out of 5 to CustomInk I would! Cheers! I'm very pleased with the quality of my shirts. I was expecting a cheap T with ink on it. Boy was I surprised when I pulled a shirt out and it was actually a QUALITY T shirt and the printing is actually OFFICIAL! When you run your finger across the image and letters you can feel it's raised from the shirt. I instantly put one on, posted a selfie on facebook and folks are asking me if they can have one! I responded....."Sure you can have one, but first you need to fill out an application and W2!" lol Thank you Custom Ink! Dre-Boston, MA

I E-mailed CustomInk's my situation and received a call that day from Ashlee Shults, who then contacted UPS and had that fee removed from my account. From then on she kept me informed of the delivery and promised if there was any issues with the order they would take care of it. Awesome lady and great response from CustomInk's. That's how customer's should be taken care of. Thanks again.

This is the 4th time I have used your company and I do so because of the customer service. It is wonderful to call and get an actually person rather than automated prompts that send you all over the place. Carly was our design specialist and she was wonderful!! We described what we wanted and within the hour we had 3 beautiful designs to choose from. CustomInk is truly a customer driven organization which hold a lot of value to consumers. Many organizations make this statement but frequently fall short. We will be placing another order in August for our annual Jimmy Fund Walk in Boston and I am looking forward to work with your designers again. Thank you so very much! Heather

This was an excellent idea...love the ease with which it was completed. Was gaureented delivery by certain date and it was here, that's a huge plus in my book! From the initial contact I had with customer service on the design I was working on to receiving the finished product, the level of service was OUTSTANDING. I initially worked closely with Drew Lucero who took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve. When Drew was not available, he had documented the file so that whoever I spoke with could pick up where he left off and carry the project forward. I can't thank the team enough for all their efforts. We received literally 100's of compliments yesterday in the Boston Strides for Breast Cancer Walk, the event we wore the shirts for.
