Interaction with website was user-friendly. Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing for custom shirts. Order executed and delivered on schedule. One minor issue - on the custom logo, on just a few of the shirts, the print ran a little bit (specifically around the top of the cross). Not enough to warrant a return, but noticeable. Other than that, all good!

The representative, Chris Bullough, that I am assigned is over the top. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to place an order with Custom INk. The Customer service skills are gradually lowering all over the country; however, the service that Chris provided was top notch. Great to work with; great follow through.

If Custom Ink can keep the type of customer service that I received then they will be around a very long long time. Every time I called in I was connected with a team member within a minute. They were always quick to work with, respectful of my thoughts and very professional. When I order online I always am nervous about getting stuck on hold and then finally connecting with someone from a foreign country who I have a hard time communicating with. Custom Ink has completely changed my online experience.

The customer service was outstanding. I ordered the shirt and the very next day, I had an email that the image I uploaded may not print well. However, it was an image of a rustic cross of Jesus Christ that my husband draw so I was fine with that! I received the shirt a few days later and it's perfect! I will order again very soon.

Custom ink has always been our trusted screen printing shirt company. I have personally used them for over a decade. As a baseball, cross country, and soccer coach for our middle school I always make an effort to get our teams jerseys and team shirts from custom ink. This last purchase was for a family event. Very happy as always

Very bummed out about the image. It looks blurry stretched out and not in proportion to the original. If the guy was cross-eyed he looks like Chunk from the Goonies now.

The shirts turned out great and are made of good quality material. They seem to run big but that will not be a problem. The shipping was fast. I am happy with my purchase. I bought 23 shirts, so I appreciate the pricing structure on bulk orders. The shirts were purchased to celebrate my son's upcoming graduation from boot camp. I received an email from Laura E., Customer Relationships, thanking us for our "service and dedication to our country". That was unexpected and very thoughtful. I've used Custom Ink now for several years. My cross country teams always look great! I could get shirts cheaper other places, but the quality and professionalism is unmatched!

These surveys could drive a sane person nuts , I ordered masks , they made the masks and sent them , Everything was done on agreed timelines , I had to call one time because they sent the "Confirm Artwork " Email three times , The Lady I spoke with was good , apologized for the extra emails , She sounded cute , This country has gone bloody survey mad , Everything you buy comes with a 20 minute survey , THis company are good , a little pricy but riding on the COVID one expects to pay a little more ,

Love the opportunity and quality of work. For the designs though there should be more variations of lets say the : Cross. More images to use of the Cross. Not just the same image.

Custom Ink is great. Everything was as ordered with zero problems at all. That they got it printed out , packaged & shipped in the middle of a pandemic while the country is burning to the ground is impressive. And someone tell Trump the USPS got it to me quick in that same situation...so obsolete , yeah maybe he is the USPS certainly isn't.

Custom Ink has always provided a great service and product. Sometimes their prices are higher than others, but I base my purchasing off of quality and service versus pricing. I don't always see the final product because they are sent around the country to other offices, I have always received compliments, never any complaints.

The entire process was easy! The attention to detail within the online app for my custom print was awesome, and even better, a quality control person followed up to be sure that the date on my design was correct. I was reordering a shirt that we created in 2018 for my husband's cross country bicycle ride. Because the date said 2018, one of the CustomInk Quality Control guys contacted me by phone and email to be sure it was correct. I LOVE that type of attention to detail and was appreciative of being contacted. Great process from beginning to end. Not my first order with CustomInk, and it certainly won't be my last!

It all started with a call to customer service and speaking with Kyle. He was great in dissecting my needs and expectations and assuring me our company logo colors could be changed to create an american flag look for some company and country pride. The design team contacted me to get a little more detail on our expectations and the design was exactly what we had in mind. They turned out great. Thank you.
