Like I stated you folks are the best and I Thank you all very much for helping me to make this T-shirt for my Brother-in-law in which he love it. Now the sad part: My brother has found out that he has cancer all in his back and other parts of his body and nothing can be done for him but they will just give medicine and do what they can to make him comfort. He is my Hero as well as others for what he has done while he was serving our country I wish I could do more for him during this time but that T-shirt made his day and I know the next one will do the same, and once again from the bottom of my heart and from my family and his wife I want to Thank You folks from Customlink for all that you did, God Bless and Merry Christmas.

I loved the website and all the options!! It was very easy to create my design! The only bad thing was that I am from Brazil and I am living in the USA now, but there was no option for "billing address" outside the country...

What I appreciated is how your entire sales team worked together even though they were spread throughout the country. Everyone of the associates was personal and professional and valuable to your organization. I also greatly appreciated how you stated that it would take about 2 weeks to receive my order and yet it came in one week. Getting approval to use the the college name and logo artwork I uploaded was not easy and CustomInk insisted I cross all the T's and dot all the I's. But once the appropriate approvals were obtained, the company moved very quickly to get my order processed and shipped to me so that I would not miss my SIL's birthday. He loves the sweatshirt. The quality of the end result (fabric, sewing, artwork reproduction, etc.) is excellent and equal to or better than what I would expect in a sporting goods big box. This was the second product I ordered from CustomInk and I have been very pleased both times.

Be wary of the "guaranteed by" rush order option. I ordered and chose this option with CustomInk having more than enough time by their own admission that the shirts would be done and in my hands at least 2 days before I had to travel cross-country with them. Someone in their shipping department however chose to use USPS instead of a more reliable shipper and as expected, my shirts didn't arrive until AFTER I had returned home from my trip.

I bought shirts for our cross country team. The resolution of the uploaded artwork was not high enough so an employee contacted me with several options. They redrew my design in a simpler black and white and the end results looked better than my original design! Very impressed with the customer service, and the shirts arrived almost a week ahead of the delivery date. Highly recommend this service for quality shirts with unmatched customer service.

I love the new setup of on-line ordering. Parents liked having different options when ordering. I liked that parents could chose to pay on-line or in the office. When I went to complete the order, the young lady that helped me suggested putting a white line around the black cross that was on our shirt. The shirts looked great. I was so glad she noticed that detail.

We have used Custom Ink for the past four years to create T-Shirts for my family's team that runs the annual Army Ten-Miler. Each T-Shirt has been designed to commemorate some aspect of our family's long history of military service to our country. Your team has demonstrated tremendous respect for and support of our designs and they always respond with a quality product. This year in particular, we had to ask for a rush order, and your team, including Laura LaMontagne, did a superb job. Laura and I corresponded several times and found out we would both be running the race. At the three mile mark, I heard someone call my name and it was Laura! She had remembered the design of our shirt and found the five of us in the middle of 35,000 runners to wish us a good race and to make sure we were happy with our T-shirts. It made our day to see Laura and to see how excited she was to see us. Great stories like this happen when great companies like yours are focused on customer service.
