My experience with CustomInk was GREAT! It was so easy to work with people, I had a credit card issue in the beginning and when I went to call customer service I got right through without any problems; the rep was really helpful. I had left the country on vacation when the proof was sent to me to approve (I totally forgot about it) and when I got back I had emails and phone calls reminding me to check on it, which, if I had been in town would have been very helpful. Despite being over a week late getting the proof approved I was still able to get my T Shirts only two days behind schedule and right in time for our event! This may be the only place I'll buy T Shirts from again--thanks!!

you can not tell true sizes on a video internet screen and the sizes printed on the shirt are not always true! because of blems, irregular, nock offs, or the size are different in other Country

My shirt is outstanding. This is the only picture we have of my husbands dad in uniform during WWII. I wanted to give him something he could share with the rest of the world about his dad and this is perfect. I wish everyone that has or is serving this country would be able to leave a good memory to those loved ones that also sacrificed.

I have one suggestion for improvement. I was working with a designer to price everything out on my design. It took me a few weeks to collect sizes from people all over the country. After getting all the sizes and ready to place the order, I was told the t-shirt I was ordering was no longer available. I was given a new option, but the size and depth of the V-neck was different so I had to go back to all the ladies in the group again for sizing and offer to switch to the uni-sex shirt due to the deeper V-neck. I feel you could have looked up all the customers designing shirts on the style being discontinued and communicated a deadline for ordering versus just discontinuing. This would have save me time and effort.

To the Public, Order From This Company! They meet and surpass expectations. If you need more than that, read below. To the Team Members at Customlink-- I work with business leadership teams and I am always interested in companies, their brand and especially their culture. I came across Customlink not because I was looking for a new client--that would have been nice-- instead, I was diagnosed with Cancer about 10 weeks ago. I am a six time marathoner and Ironman Athlete, no history of cancer in the family, non-smoker, and healthy guy. I was feeling nauseous and went to the Doctor and demanded a test; 72 hours later it was official, I had cancer. You can imagine the shock. Headline is that I am doing great, we have amazing treatment and my wife and I are laughing more than ever. I have decided to take Cancer on like any other race and do it with a smile. Part of that philosophy is ordering a new T-Shirt each time I have Chemotherapy with the number of the Chemo Treatments crossed out on the front of the shirt. But, finding a vendor that had that capability was not going to be easy. I came across Customlink on line and immediately I met a customer service team member with a engaging, approachable and solution oriented attitude. I can tell your company leadership has built a great culture with strong core values. Each team member I speak with is as good as the last. Like probably many customers, I was in a rush. I had learned my Chemo treatment was only a few days away and the team member put me on hold, met with a designer and told me Customlink would get the Shirt to me in three days. That shirt set the tone for the first Chemo Treatment and each one to follow. The back read, "KCA; Kicking Cancer's Ass". From this journey, I have learned to take one day at a time and being in the moment. Due to that philosophy, I won't order all my shirts at once. So as the next Chemo Treatment nears, I call Customlink and they design the next shirt with a "cross out" of the treatment number on the front. Sometimes these are rush shipments, but each Customlink package arrives prior to my Chemotherapy with my "uniform". It has actually become a fun ritual. So to the team at Customlink, yes this is a long email, but one of the main things I have learned through Cancer is that "it takes a village". I never thought I would include a "T-Shirt" Company as part of my village, but you truly are part of my journey. Your company is more than T-Shirts, you are in the story telling and memories business. Each shirt you create is part of my story and it will be part of my memories. Thank you. One final note, please do not take offense, the day the Doctors tell me I'm in remission my wife is threatening to burn all my shirts! ha! I hope someone reads this to your company...
