Love CustomInk! I have always had great experiences when I work with them. The order is always on time, and even usually early, and the group order form is fantastic, especially when people in your group are spread out across the country so you don't have to worry about collecting money individually.

Dear Customink, I would love to say that I loved my recent purchases, but sadly, I don’t. And here’s why... While each order is great separately (7115810 and 7099485), the green ink color is completely different between the two orders. I’m surprised by this because I asked several times over the phone and via email that my orders be cross referenced so that they matched. I was told that they would be made by different processes, but i was not informed that the color would be so light and different on the small order. I really wanted our 85 year old birthday girl to feel special with a slightly different design but now i’m afraid she’ll feel like she’s not part of the group. Customer service was a pleasure to work with, as was Kristen, but since i wasn’t informed of this, it’s just overall disappointing. The website was easy to use but would be wonderful if you had an option to overlay / underlay clipart and text. Sincerely, Lori McPoland

My youth group will use this for the closing of our Easter play. The kids will be excited about this, they know they are getting a shirt but not what is says.. It is the closing song we are doing Take up the cross and follow Jesus

I think you guys are amazing! In this day and age, where everyone seems to have a membership card to the Rude and Unhelpful Country Club, your staff is uber polite, wildly and enthusiasticly helpful, and very knowledgable and creative!!!! Please don't ever change that!

Initially there was a problem with the shipping. The US Postal Service Sent it to the other side of the country. This order was extremely time sensitive so I contacted CustomInk and Jared Regan went above and beyond to make sure I got my order in time. The customer service here is phenomenonal, I can't thank you enough!

We are repeat customers and all of our experiences with CustomInk have been great! The timing is as promised - in this case the delivery was a week early! With this order, the person who did the printing even wrote a note saying how much he liked the design, and congratulating us on the achievement (we had the shirts printed to celebrate back-to-back cross country state championships). We appreciate the great customer service, including a representative available almost any time to answer questions.

My experience was outstanding! The customer service team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They were very proactive in keeping my order in process. My only suggestion is to develop the capabilities to be able to drop ship to the various people who ordered. We are a franchisor with locations across the country, and we had to sort the order and re-ship to our locations.

Like I stated you folks are the best and I Thank you all very much for helping me to make this T-shirt for my Brother-in-law in which he love it. Now the sad part: My brother has found out that he has cancer all in his back and other parts of his body and nothing can be done for him but they will just give medicine and do what they can to make him comfort. He is my Hero as well as others for what he has done while he was serving our country I wish I could do more for him during this time but that T-shirt made his day and I know the next one will do the same, and once again from the bottom of my heart and from my family and his wife I want to Thank You folks from Customlink for all that you did, God Bless and Merry Christmas.

I loved the website and all the options!! It was very easy to create my design! The only bad thing was that I am from Brazil and I am living in the USA now, but there was no option for "billing address" outside the country...

What I appreciated is how your entire sales team worked together even though they were spread throughout the country. Everyone of the associates was personal and professional and valuable to your organization.
