The only problem I had was with the USPS. They claim they tried to deliver the package the day before at 6:51 p.m. When the mail is delivered there before noon. They delivered it the next day but Customink was great.

So pretty much, you guys are my favorite. I'll try to briefly explain why, but I'm not so good with brief. You've been warned. I was creating a shirt for our office White Elephant holiday party. I uploaded a .jpg for the back of the shirt. A service agent contacted me that same day (Tim Busch left a voice mail and sent an e-mail) to alert me that the image "is not big enough to print clearly, and though the resolution is technically good enough, the image is still blurry and won't print well". I feel like most printers would have just printed it and never looked back. TIM RULES!! I contacted Custom Ink the next morning when I heard the message; at that point, Brittany Wentz helped me go through the website to try to find something comparable. I didn't want any of those options, so she asked if she could contact me back, after she had a chance to speak with the art team. BRITTANY RULES!! A very short time later that day, she e-mailed me with a pic from the art team. The e-mail had an attachment, wherein the art team re-created the .jpg I originally uploaded. THE ART TEAM RULES!! I e-mailed Brittany right back and told her to print that bitch! (But I said it more nicely and also I thanked her and the art team.) I could not have dreamed of better all around service. As promised, the shirt arrived in one week. IT IS 100% LITERALLY PERFECT!! So now I love you guys. A lot. Don't fight me on this.

I really enjoyed my overall experience with CustomInk. The design studio was fun and easy to use, and I enjoyed creating my shirt. I had a problem that was holding up my printing and I was notified the following day, which was awesome and kept my delivery on time. I was also confused at one point, so I used your live chat system. The man I was connected with was nice and friendly. Even with the delays, my order arrived extremely early, which was helpful. The final item was very impressive and I am extremely happy, and the prices were very reasonable. The overall experience was easy and enjoyable, and I felt a real one to one connection with the company because of how much 'real person' help I received. My brother will love the shirt (it's a Christmas gift) and I can't wait to create another item with CustomInk!
