You guys are awesome. I call for fix my address and is was a very quick help and that was great cause I hate to wait. Plus my orders arrived one day before the day that was suppose to arrive. So I really like my experience with CustomInk.

I would hive my overall experience an 8.5 out of 10. I was pleased with the shirts but saw some things that could be improved. Customer service was excellent. For some reason the information provided on the site that tracks the progress of the order was not updated. I called customer service to look into it in fear that my order would not arrive on time. The representative I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. She checked on my order and assured me that my shirts had actually been printed already and we're being sent out that day. I blown away when they were delivered to my house the very next afternoon. I will definitely be ordering more!!!

Once again you came through! I was running out of time to get shirts in time for a relay team that I'm coordinating. Customer service was super helpful in making this happen and helping me navigate having the same colours for both men & women. I paid for shipping (not the super fast shipping, but not the free shipping) and ended up getting the shirts ahead of schedule, which was a relief. We're going to look great race day!

I submitted an order for almost 200 shirts on a Wednesday morning & had them in my hands by the following Tuesday, exactly as promised. Every single person I spoke with a CustomInk was friendly & professional. The customer service walked me through and made corrections on my uploaded custom design (after receiving my consent and approval) that helped the final design a bunch. I was concerned until their personal art team reviewed it, made necessary changes and showed me a final result before moving ahead. They also realizes that I only needed 2 colors instead of 3 (because the base color of the shirts-black- filled in as the 3rd) and refunded me $30. Super fast and prompt shipping. Came the next day after receiving email that order had been shipped. My experience with custom ink was nothing short of EXCELLENT!

The customer service at CustomInk is beyond incredible. I ordered these shirts through a school and I faced many issues with the school when placing the order, but CustomInk was very helpful and patient. They got my shirts shipped to me within a day - I was originally told I'd receive them by the 29th of the month but I called and told them I needed them by the 24th...I ended up receiving them by the 22nd. Overall, CustomInk does everything possible to make sure their customers' needs are met. I genuinely appreciate all the help they gave me.

This was an amazing customer experience. I was able to do quite a bit of planning and designing on my own before proceeding with an order. The online order form made it simple for people in my group to reserve a shirt. I placed my order by phone to ensure clear communication and timely delivery and Matt could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The shirts were delivered a day early and perfectly produced. Great work - I will be back!
