Overall good experience. Easy to work with customer service. Go off a script pretty obviously, for better or worse. You never hear from the same person twice which is a little odd, even within the same day.

CustomInk's customer service was absolutely wonderful! Everything was easy to navigate on the website, and it was awesome to see something I designed be made into a real product. My products arrived a day after the guaranteed date, but it was nothing too extreme.

WOW!!! I was amazed by the final product, which arrived on the day it was promised to arrive. The sweatshirt is awesome!!!! It looks exactly as it did online when I designed it, and I love the quality of the fabric. I was even more impressed with the fantastic customer service. At most, when I placed the order, I expected a thank you/confirmation # email. Instead, I got immediate feedback on how to improve my design and how, if I wanted to, get permission to use copyrighted material. The staff at CustomInk seemed to genuinely care about the design/product and were intelligent, helpful and friendly. AMAZING! I'm singing the praises of CustomInk to everyone I know.

This is my fourth experience designing shirts. Each and every time the customer service was superb. We even received a post card for shirts I made when my husband had cancer. My only comment for improvement would be, I just placed a large order and needed to order just one more shirt for my team. I know that I get discount pricing for bulk orders, But to double the price for one tshirt was very surprising and frankly disappointing. I understand that to template for one shirt might be costly, but I feel that if it is done within 30 days or even 15 days of delivery it shouldn't be that much. I called the very day of the shipment. No other options were provided to cut cost except to order more

What a pleasure making shirts from Custom Ink! Shirts came a day before expected, look great and cost was just right. Super happy and my group will be thrilled when they get them. I placed my order after quite a bit of designing. Which was fun and easy, and customer service was great, she even gave me her direct phone number. I found out a day later that the color of cancer ribbon I had chosen was wrong, which threw off my entire design. I called customer service and again, they were wonderful and helpful. He advised me on how to change my order without any trouble at all. I actually worried that it was too easy. This is how customer service should be! I just received my order yesterday and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Great quality and the printing is amazing!! I can't wait to order from Customink.com again. I had FABULOUS experience all the way around!
