I received the shirt 3 days ago, wrote to you guys immediately, and have yet to hear back... The shirt was horrible quality. It looked super faded and was even peeling up in some small places. I didn't expect it to match my artwork exactly, but it looked like a shirt that had been worn 100 times. The quality of the shirt was also really stiff. Don't know anything about fabric, so wasn't sure which shirt to pick, but seeing as the one I bought wasn't cheap, I wasn't expecting it to feel cheap. Overall very disappointed, not only in the quality, but the customer service. I sent them a message 3 days ago and heard nothing until just now when I got this email to leave a review... This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for someone and I'm just so disappointed. I expect a refund, but there's not even an option for me to request one. Still waiting for them to make this right...

For the past couple of years I have been making shirts for our group to wear at the USGP in Miami. Custom Ink's website provided me with the tools I needed to make some really unique shirts that got lots of compliments at the race. Fast work & shipping and the excellent packaging ensured that I am able to gift these for Christmas. We'll be in turn 11, in our charisma coral shirts this coming May.

Shirt turned out terrible. I ordered a black shirt with a small amount of white text and the text was blurred and not printed crisply. The Hanes tshirt is crunchy, not soft at all. I ordered this as a gift and it cannot be used. I was very disappointed with this product and will not use this website in the future.

I couldn’t find the sweatshirt I wanted on Etsy, so I purchased a digital file of the image I wanted. It was very easy to upload my own image to create the exact hoodie I wanted. I’m excited to gift this to a family member.

The t-shirt was a gift and highly appreciated but it arrived days earlier than the order indicated so no-one was home for the holiday week - due date was 30 november which was better. But it was still a perfect gift and hugely appreciated.
