I so wanted this to be a great shirt that I designed as a gift for my brother, however when I received the shirt the image was not like anything I had made on the website. When I brought this to CustomInk's attention they were incredibly apologetic and immediately made a redesign of the shirt for free. This second shirt was perfect! Great company that's willing to do anything they can to make sure they give you a quality product!

Creating the shirt was so much fun. I am now creating another shirt in my mind for a gift. Do wish you had a picture of an Australian Shepherd. I must also comment on how easy it was to create the shirt. At my age, I like easy.

My experience with the service team was exceptional. When I arrived home on Friday the box of shirts were sitting on my steps. The shirts looked so good that I put my shirt on and started bagging the shirts for delivery to the members of my group. Receiving them earlier than expected was truly a gift! We can all have our shirts to wear to the retreat as a group. Thank you Customink for great service!

I LOVE CustomInk. I ordered a few shirts through them as a Christmas gift last year and they turned out great. I order the Hanes Beefy-T. The quality is excellent. The printing and design are great. I do wish I could have had the design embroider, but I realize that it would be costly. An artist called me a day after I placed the order to discuss the design with me and was extremely nice. The T's arrived with in 5 days of placing my order. These t-shirts are a gift and I can't wait to give it!!

Ok, I do have a complaint. I sent notes over to you explaining the importance of this shirt. It was a gift for my best friend. I asked to please look over the shirt and printing to make sure there were no flaws. This is the 3rd/4th shirt that I've created and have had an issue with. The website is deceiving when creating/reviewing the creation. You cannot zoom in enough to make sure that everything is as it should be. These particular shirts had the word "MEOW" surrounded by a word cloud. I checked the site and my creation numerous times to make sure the entire word appeared inside of the cloud. As far as I could tell, it had. Upon receiving both my girlfriends shirt and my own I discovered that the word does not fit correctly inside the cloud. I do not like to complain as I thoroughly enjoy creating these shirts. However, I specifically left notes and explained the importance of the shirt and to please make sure everything looks as it should. How could someone look at this and ship it? You ask for contact information and even state to call you back as soon as possible if any issues should come up. I sit at my computer at work. Had someone called me, I could have gone directly to the site and made the adjustment. It would have taken just a few mins. Instead I received (2) shirts with an obvious mistake printed on them. I am disappointed. I took a picture of the mistake and can send it over to you. It isn't a huge mistake, but if you have my contact information why couldn't someone just call me and verify? I felt a little foolish wrapping up this shirt for her knowing that it was flawed. This was important to me! I was excited to give it to her and this just took some of the excitement away. :( P.S. I just tried to send this without checking if I would or would not order from CustomInk again. At this time, I am not sure. I'm torn, everytime there is an issue. Small or indifferent there is always an issue.

I was surprised to find such an inexpensive custom print single order. The site was extremely easy to use and made designing the shirt a breeze. The order arrived early which was perfect timing. It was for a woman facing cancer surgery and she was able to wear it the night before surgery for strength and is now wearing it at the hospital to keep her spirits up. It was the perfect gift.

My overall experience with CustomInk has been excellent. So many times I've tried a business found on the web and been either not overjoyed or completely unsatisfied. This is not the case at all. For example, I placed a bible verse on the back of the t-shirt and I forgot to capitalize the word "Him". I called, only to find out my order had been sent to the production site. The customer service representative took the time "figure out" how to get this correction made. He took my number, made some phone calls, and called me back within 20 minutes with the words I wanted to hear: "It's all taken care of and your order will still arrive on time as scheduled." I am presenting these beautiful t-shirts today at an athletic banquet and I only ordered for the coaches, team girls, and myself (This was a gift from me to them). However, I am certain other parents will want one once they see this beautiful product!
