I payed for 3 day shipping hopping with a guarantee that it would arrive on the 8th. I go it on the 9th. I bought it as a gift to give on the 8th and was unable to give it till the 10th due to the late shipping.

We absolutely loved these t-shirts!!! They were perfect! They were a gift as room mom to my son's 3rd grade class to sign like a yearbook with fabric pens. The quality and affordability was awesome. The sizing was great for all the kids. I had to add a shirt to my order and your customer service rep was friendly, helpful and very reassuring that I would still get the shirts in time. In fact, they came several days early! The kids loved them so much they all wore them to class the next day 😄 I had several parents ask me where I got them and I was happy to recommend Custom Ink. This was the best experience I've ever had with both a website interface and with your customer service. The interface was clear, logical, simple and fun - I could point fingers at some websites who should take you as an example. And in spite of the fact that my order was a crazy rush, the customer service was cheerful, highly competent and caring. The t-shirts are a surprise gift but as soon as I give them out, I'll be posting about the great experience on Facebook.

I ordered an XL tshirt and you guys sent me a Large. I was disappointed at first because I needed the shirt for a gift that upcoming weekend. However, your customer service rep fixed the problem quickly. She ordered it again and expedited it. I received the correct shirt 2 days later! In plenty of time for my gift.

I loved the shirt but one big problem was the image I had on the front that I used from your selections. The Marine Corps Emblem was backwards. This is a big deal for our shirts but luckily this one was only a gift and the others I will try to notice beforehand.
