The ease of uploading images, adding text and stock artwork, and aligning everything was frankly, amazing. By far the cleanest and easiest website of it's kind. The shirts arrived quickly, packaged well and look great. I look forward to the comments from the people we gift them too. Bravo!

I come back once each year to make a gift shirt for my dad's birthday. I only order one shirt, and custom ink had the best deal I could find. Not many places will print just one, and it's an affordable custom shirt. I'll come back again next year to do the same thing because they keep your designs and you can revisit them and alter them to make a new shirt with the same settings. Also, this time I made it a rush order because I lost track of time and the shirt showed up two days earlier than the guaranteed date which is awesome. Rush orders are only 10% extra of the total cost which is so reasonable. I've been happy with my experience.

My overall experience was a trip :) A T-shirt Ambassador by the name of Cate Ham was absolutely amazing! She figured so much out for me, all the possibilities to get me a great price with the style, sizes and colors I originally wanted - even though I was willing to do a different color and style. She was genuine and true to me as the customer and we even were able to connect personally while she was searching for options for me. Her detailed explanation on my order was so thorough I KNEW I was getting what I wanted. Way to be Cate! :) People have a gift to work with other people, Cate has it! Go You! (can you tell I'm a cheer coach, not just because I ordered cheer t-shirts?!) Cate got a super rush delivery for me. The shirts were to arrive on a Friday, and unfortunately they arrived on Monday. :( Our event was Sunday, but we are still able to use the shirts for the future. I called today and spoke to a man named Jon (Sorry John/Jon I don't know your last name) I explained we paid $45 extra for super rush and it didn't pan out.... sometimes life just doesn't! He was so awesome, gave the most sincere apology! and refunded us 100% plus gave us a coupon for $50 off our next order. With Cate's work with me, I already knew I'd come back! But now with Jon I'll be turning around and spending that coupon this year already on a special gift for my cheerleaders. YOU ROCK CUSTOM INK! THANK YOU!

CustomInk is definitely a first-class operation. From the moment I started using their website, to the first contact with their employees, and all the way to receiving the package earlier than expected, I have been very very happy. The personnel are all very intelligent, easy to converse with people who work very hard and care about the customer. When you think it can't get any better, this beautiful box arrives and is designed and packaged like a gift wrapped box from a boutique. As a fan of design, I can see that they have some talented designers on their staff. The only part I wasn't completely satisfied with was how the embroidery came out on the caps. Maybe it was due to the logo design, maybe it was the inability to duplicate the Pantone colors in thread, or maybe it was just me having too high expectations but I certainly won't say it was due to CustomInk's lack of effort (because they certainly put their 110% in it). I will definitely work with them again in the future because their experience and customer service are more important than anything else. The product may not have met my expectations but there is always next time...

Customer service was awesome when I was looking to fix the proofs. Because my original image was detailed and couldn't be transferred exactly in to the proofs, I had many small edits that I wanted to see, the first of which I rejected the proof and described in writing. After that, I called the representative a couple of times, who was absolutely the best. The proof got changed a couple of times over the period of a day and it didn't delay the shipping at all, which was super important to me because I needed to get the shirts by a certain day. They were a gift and he absolutely loved them! Thanks :)

I love the product and it was a great gift. However, the design was supposed to be black and the ink was so thin it actually looks like navy blue. I might try different shirts next time and see if there is a quality difference in the printing. I have another shirt for the band SUPERTEEN from your company that I really really love, and I hope to get the same quality again. All-in-all a sound product that I will still show off regardless of thin ink!

Our PhD student was leaving the lab and we wanted to print an image from his project onto a tshirt to use as part of his leaving present. We unfortunately chose this option at v late notice and rang your company, hoping that you could create the product and ship it to us within a few days. Other companies either gave v long estimates or didn't even pick up the phone or wanted a bulk order when we wanted to only order one shirt. I spoke to Jeremy Higgs, who was v efficient and helpful and we got the item ahead of schedule. Our student was v pleased with the gift. I had problems with one email account so had to use another one temporarily, and Jeremy's colleague even contacted me to make sure the order had gone through which was v thoughtful of him. So overall was a great experience.
