No happy about my experience. I paid over $40 for 2 shirts and asked your customer service rep on phone if you all could write my gift message on an actual give card instead of printing it on a piece of paper. She said no. For $43, I figure you could could do it. Apparently not. I am disappointed.

Great experience. Gave the shirt as a gift the night it came. She LOVED it. Of course that had more to do with what it said and an inside joke than either the shirt or print or service-but all were great.

I ordered my product. Was buying it for a baby shower, the mom, dad, and baby to arrive shortly. When making my order, I ordered a shirt that the baby girl couldn't have worn until she was at least two. But then I got a call for CustomInk after I made my order. Asking me if I needed any help, anything I wanted to change, any concerns. The lady on the phone suggested I make a small white line where the text and image overlapped, so I did and it was a great decision! Also, she asked me what the order was for, I told her a baby shower. And she brought to my attention that they do make onesies! The father and mother to be both lit up when they saw the shirts, the dad even said he was going to wear it during the delivery. The shirts and onesies had a family crest image provided by CustomInk and all their initials within the crest. They loved their personalized gifts. The material felt nice, and the mother to be sent me a picture of her in her shirt that next Monday from her work bathroom! She loved it so much she wore it her first day back to work after that baby shower weekend. What I'm trying to say is that you guys helped me give them a personalized gift, a gift of good quality, went out of your way to contact me about concerns, and pointed me in the right direction to find those onesies I coudn't find on my own. Without that personalized call to me, I don't think the presents would have had the same effect. Also, the shirts came in a couple days early!!!

If you need a custom t-shirt or item this is the place to order from. The custome service was top notch and the quality of the item was wonderful. I only bought one customized t-shirt as a gift for a friend but they treated me like I was s major customer. I will definitely order from them again and you should too!

Dear CustomInk, This is the 2nd time I've order from you for our school's field trip shirts. I would like to express my frustration with the specific "t-shirts unite" tag that was connected to each shirt's neck label. This tag is annoying and useless. Because these shirts are a gift given to students all at the same time and are for immediate use, I wasted a bunch of time cutting off these tags for 150 shirts. This is especially annoying because the tag itself serves no purpose. The only purpose it had was to make me think angry thoughts about your company while I cut each one off. In case you didn't know, consumer's hate these extra bits of nothing that come with buying clothes and hate the ritual of getting rid of stickers and tags, and other useless stuff stitched or stapled on to garments. So I say this. If I get these pointless waste of time and money tags again on my next order, I will never order from your company again. Sincerely, Eric Schweickert

Printing quality is excellent. One of my items even showed up 3 days early, which is great. However I would recommend really reading into the sizing, as a medium men's shirt looked closer to a large or XL once received. Overall great quality, just bummed that the shirt I made as a gift probably won't fit the recipient.

I forgot some integral words on our t-shirt design and realized it shortly after submitting the order online. I used the chat feature on the website to ask for help. Not only were the words I had forgotten added for me by the company, but the layout and color of the words were updated too. I appreciated the extra help. Looking forward to giving our supervisor this gift at her retirement party!
