Good experience with a quick return. Just in time for graduation.

The website was very easy to use - it would be nice to be able to customize the sleeves individually - i personally would have wanted to put graduation years for each person (i'm a college student in a group with students of various classes) but i could not individualize it.

The website was extremely easy to use! I wanted something special for my boyfriends police academy graduation. When i recieved my shirt, i was thrilled. I can't wait to wear it to the graduation party!!

This was my first time making custom shirts. I had the best experience! I have spread the word to all my friends! I made the shirts for my husband who is in the military. It is tradition to wear a shirt with your loved ones name on the back at graduation. there is a Facebook fan page for each branch where military families go to catch up on the latest things. I have posted this website on there, and stated my amazing experience with custom ink where 30,000 view! I hope I spread the word to bring you a ton of military business because you guys were awesome!!! Thank you so much!

We ordered cups for my daughter's graduation party and there was an issue because we were using a University's logo. Customer service contacted us and walked us through the approval process immediately. Communication, product and attention to detail are Excellent. Will use again and recommend to everyone. It was neat designing the shirt, but confusing at first. I wish it didn't take so long, i order it two weeks before our graduation, and it didn't come in time, so now i have to get up with my friends to give it to them, and i thought i did it enough in advance.

Great company! I was a little nervous when I was selected to design a t-shirt for my class for our upcoming graduation...but the CustomInk website truly couldn't have been more user friendly. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and we were truly satisfied with the end product! The best part was the customer service - literally within hours of placing our order, I received a phone call from a rep clarifying some elements of our design. She clearly explained what she recommended changing/altering to improve our overall shirt. She was also super cool which I like in a company! I want to talk to a real person, not some robot reading off a monitor. She asked when we would need the shirts by and we got them one week ahead of schedule! I have already recommended CustomInk to members of the class below us for next years graduation shirt.

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience with CustomInk. I decided last minute to make a shirt as a graduation present for a friend. I was able to select what I wanted, describe the finner points, and have the shirt in my hands well before the event.

The customer service experience was great when I designed the T-shirt. It is the delivery of the T-shirt that I have major problems with. I specified that I needed to have the T-shirt by Wednesday, April 6th for a portrait we were having taken. I even arranged for the T-shirt to be delivered to the photographer to make sure it got there on time. Your customer service agent assured me that the T-shirt would arrive by Wednesday, April 6th, guaranteed. As of today, Friday, April 8th, I don't even know if it has arrived at the photographer's studio. All I do know is that it did not arrive in time for our picture! Even though your company reimbursed me for half of the cost I am wishing that I had asked for all of my money back because now I have a T-shirt that was custom made for a picture being taken for a graduation party invitation, in which my son ended up having to wear a plain white shirt instead, and we are stuck with a shirt that he will never wear again. Your company mailed the T-shirt on Monday, the 4th, but whoever mailed it used regular mail and so it did not arrive in time and we were extremely, extremely disappointed!

CustomInk performed very well when helping me with my graduation decorations, the shot glasses. I loved the design, printing, and especially, the price.

I designed a t-shirt for my niece to document her first cruise (a high school graduation present). We are going on our cruise over the 4th of July holiday. I wanted a t-shirt that noted aspects of the cruise as well as representing our country's flag colors. My designed t-shirt met my expectations on the computer screen. However, I wasn't sure how the shirt would look upon arrival. The shirt matched my expectations and then some. I highly recommend services provided by CustomInk. I had (what I thought) an impossible task at hand : design and receive a couple of T-Shirts for a graduation in 2 days. The CustomInk customer service (Britney, Evan) was incredible; they took my order with very little friction based on a design I had done on their website, and expedited my order the same day. I received the T-Shirts the next day , 1 day in advance! Will definitely come back.
