My hoodies are still losing ink, but my t-shirts, the oldest items, still look great. I don't know what the issue is/was on the hoodies. CustomInk has tried really hard to make it right and I appreciate that. They value me as a customer now and in the future and for that reason I would recommend them to others.

I have ordered hoodies for my athletes through CustomInk for 4 sports seasons now (1 soccer, 1 swimming, 2 baseball). Love the shirts but I also ordered 2, 3XL hoodies and I didn't receive them also I ordered 1 size small shirt, and I don't think I received it. :(

The website, the customer service people have been wonderful, the order was processed and shipped to us in a very efficient manner. The quality of the finished product is where I encountered issues. The quality of the imprint was sub par and there were some manufacturing issues with the Hanes 50/50 Hoodies. Previous orders for the same product and imprint did not have these issues. Please investigate and improve your consistency.

I was very happy with the customer service. The text notification wasn't annoying and easy to read, and there were many people who helped make sure we got what we wanted. Our hoodies were for a trip and I got an email wishing us a good trip, which really made the experience feel like the customer service representatives cared about our order.

I love the shirts and printing...the guys at work loved them it was like Christmas lol...I can not say enough about the staff at custom ink....I wanna give a BIG shout out to Cristina t whom I talk to on help chat.. The bad: I ordered XL thinking that it would run an average 14/16. Imagine my shock to get an XL (46/48). It would be nice if the hoodies had a section for men and women. If you do, not so easy to navigate to. Also, the price, WAY TOO HIGH. I'd like to order again and again but not at $50 a pop. : (. Also, I don't understand why certain colors can only be used with orders of six or more. Forced me to settle even though I was paying $50. Need to rethink that. The good: it arrived earlier than expected, folded like a pro, color and designed spot on. Designing was easy. I would order again and again.
