I love that I can customize shirts. Im also very pleased with my tshirt. However I am not pleased with the minimum quantity on other items. I would love to make koozies but I do not want to order 100 of them. Please consider adding the koozies in the "no minimum" section.

We ordered koozies for our client with their logo and ours. They turned out great! Not only was the finished product beyond our expectations, the customer service and quick turnaround has gained you a repeat customer

I wanted a monogrammed look to the koozies that I ordered. While the website has great user-friendly features and is easy to manipultate, I was a little unsure how to achieve the look that I wanted. So I called and spoke with a great customer service rep, named Christian. He worked with me while I was on the phone and posted samples for me to see on the website which gave me the best of both worlds. We worked together to get the sizing just right for the imprinting. Christian even went and got one of the koozies so that we would know the exact dimensions to work with for the imprint. In this day and age when customer service is sometimes the only differential that can set our business apart (I am a small business owner myself), it is always refreshing to find a company that has this part of their business plan and a person within that company who takes such training to heart. Custom Ink also keep me up-to-date with the whole production process by allowing easy access to their website and e-mails. The whole order arrived as promised and in a substancial corrugated box, clearly marked with the company info. Well done CustomInk! Customink was fantastic!! It was fairly easy to maneuver the website and the speed of delivery was phenomenal!! I am VERY happy with my can koozies, they are going to make fabulous wedding favors.

Our overall experience was great. Very nice people and excellent customer service. Our only let down was the size of the wording on the koozies. We would have like it to be a little bigger to match how big the koozies are. But nevertheless less we are still happy with our product and would recommend CustomInk to other customers.

CustomInk is fantastic!! I was unsure if the color of the text on the screen was going to be what it actually was in person, so I wrote a note when I placed the order. The next day I received a phone call and we picked out a custom pantone color that was unavailable on the website! Great, friendly, and timely customer service!
