Customink worked diligently with my busy schedule as a sailor in the U.S. Navy, keeping in contact and being flexible with my order's needs through every step in the process. They worked through copyright issues with my design, and even used their design team to recreate my logo. Because the process took time, Customink shipped my order to arrive the day before a big event, no extra cost. I even received a personal letter from the VP, thanking me for my service. Customer service was excellent - by web chat, phone, and email (used all three!). Our order was more complicated than could be handled with the online order system, but it was still easy to create and place our order which showed up two days before the 'guaranteed delivery by...' date. We all like the quality of the Gildan 50/50 Hooded Sweatshirts and our group looks good in a mix of navy, royal, and Carolina blue. The site says the sizing 'runs small.' Given that these are unisex sizes (e.g., men's sizes) this may be true. We are a group of high school aged girls and two women, and we all guessed well with sizes, with most of us either getting our usual women's size or rounding down if we're between sizes. The sweatshirts are definitely roomy and the sleeves are plenty long. I was worried that they ran really small, but, at least from a woman's perspective, they're not *that* small.

Great site and even better customer service! Over all great company aside from I ordered navy blue printing and it is not even close to being navy blue. Disappointed in that.

I love this company. You care about your customers no doubt. After I placed my order I received a call 10 min later from a rep that told me the black letters would not show up well and I may want to change the color. You didn't have to do that. You could have just said "welp, that's what you ordered and that's what you get." I received the shirt and it looks great. I do wish I had changed the shirt color to navy blue with the grey letters,but I'll know for next time.

Overall my experience with CustomInk was quite good. Unfortunately my navy shirt came out much more black than the navy that appeared on the screen, but other than that the shirt is perfect. In the end the quality of the product is much more important than a silly tone difference which could have been my own misconception.

Great experience! The shirt itself seems to run big in the shoulders and small through the hips, but my experience with beefy-tees is overall excellent, and husband is ok with the fit. I wish it had been available in the burnt orange, but the navy looks good.

I've been very pleased with all of my orders. Everything has been great quality and each order has surprised me with how quickly it arrived. With this latest order I had someone call me to point out that my black on navy design would be very subtle and recommend a different color combo. I actually thought you might call me on this. I told the rep that I knew the colors were close and that the design would be very subtle but that was the effect I was going for when I made the color choices. She said we would be happy to process the order as requested, but that we wanted to make sure first. Great service! And I got the shirt just 8 days after placing the order online.

The company and employee I spoke with were very helpful and entusiastic. I ordered before and was pleased with the men's navy blue t-shirts and reused the same logo on one women's tank and a childs tank and both logo's were not placed correctly on the the two white tanks. If I ordered again from the company I would hope that we could communicate better.

The color "Navy" on the website is slightly brighter than the actual garment ended up, so I was a little worried about how it might turn out but everything turned out great! I'm very please with my purchase, and how customer service worked with me on incorporating a new design after mine was originally put on hold. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

The quality of the material for the price charged once again did not meet my expectations. I ordered shirts in 2009 and 2010 and the were awesome! High quality and long lasting. I was thrilled. My last order of Navy and white shirts were on a VERY poor quality shirt and I was extremely dispensation. I decided to give you one more chance and when the hoodies arrived I was once again unsatisfied.

I was in the market for matching Christmas PJs for my family, but after seeing how pricey they were, I decided to have matching tees made. By using CustomInk's Christmas design, I was able to personalize my tees with our family name and year and still pay 1/3 of the price, even after purchasing PJ bottoms elsewhere. Seamless on-line ordering with delivery arriving earlier than promised. Very pleased w/quality of product. T-shirts are true to size. Impressed with vibrant coloring on digital printing - especially with white lettering on navy tees. Looks like I'll be returning next Christmas...if not sooner.

When viewing the shirt I created online, it appeared to be darker (much more of a navy) than it does in person. This came as a slight dissappointment to me, as my school color is a dark navy and not the "Metro-blue" I selected. However... I was very impressed with the fast service and level of customer service I received during this process. The associates were very quick and helpful, and helped me get the process moving within a day. The packaging of the t-shirts were phenominal. I was highly impressed with the "CustomInk" tags attached to each shirt, and the sizing was fair. To top off the process, CustomInk offered me free shipping on my order and allowed me to use a $10 off coupon. I was very impressed overall, especially when receiving my shipment almost a week ahead of time! Thank you very much for your service!

I had submitted a design and was told it could be produced but I would probably not be pleased with the results. At the recommendation of Mike Winters I submitted another design and he guided me to change the shirt color from Navy Blue to Metro Blue and outline my design with a thin white border. He was totally correct and my reunion T-shirt is already a huge hit. Special thanks also to Shannon Malone and Angela Williams. CustomInk, you are phenomenal!!

I don't like the severely limited color selection for "no minimum" shirts. I'm paying $30+ for a T-SHIRT, why can I only get it in black, white, or navy blue in most instances? The only thing I liked was that the shipping was fast and free. Oh, and I guess there was a good selection of art & fonts to use. That was nice.

Custom ink is fantastic, my original order was black ink on navy fabric and an employee called me to inform me that the black ink wouldn't show up. I was very impressed and thankful for that call. I only wish I could order more of the shirts on the website in smaller quantities.
