The color on the printed shirt, while correct, appeared darker (it was 'navy') on the computer screen than it did on the actual shirt. However, your customer service reps were super-helpful and positive. They gave us a partial refund and a credit on our next order.

The bags we ordered for an upcoming vacation FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We were very pleased with the quality of the bag and the print job. The Customer Service was also exceptional. We originally ordered the bag with black writing, but Blake (I think that was his name) called me and said the bag's handles are navy and the navy print would look better. He was exactly right and I appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure we had the best overall result. I am one very happy customer and I will be using you again in the future for personal and business purchases!!

At my sister's military retirement ceremony, she said she felt like she had her own fan club with all of us wearing the shirts dedicated to her service in the Navy. The shirts were perfect, the quality of the shirt and print/design were amazing, and we were VERY happy with the product. The customer service was exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and on the ball with my needs and delivery date. My only complaint would be more of a suggestion, and I wish the t-shirts within the packaging had a big sticker on the outside of each Size Set to let you know which were large, youth medium, youth small, adult medium, etc. This would have made it easier for me to verify my order and grab the bag to count and make sure everything was accurate before I handed out the shirts, because in the end I was somehow missing one! I would still say a big "Wow" with my satisfaction, though - thank you, Custom Ink!!

This was my first time ordering with CustomInk, and I was SO incredibly pleased with absolutely everything you guys did. The t-shirts fit perfectly, and our design looked even better on the actual shirts than they did on the computer! The material of the actualy shirts was soft, but still gave us room to breathe. We used them at an outdoor event for 12 hours, and were afraid of them getting too hot, especially being a dark color like navy blue- but we never came across that problem. We were also prone to water fights the day of our event, and the t shirts suprisingly dried really quickly. All in all, ordering with CustomInk was an easy and friendly experience. I would reccomend CustomInk to anyone.

The t-shirts came out exactly as I had envisioned them. The only trouble I had while designing them was getting our reversed-out logo to show up against the navy t-shirt. But I contacted customer service and they fixed that for me right away, which was great. It was delivered quickly and on time. The box was a little mangled but that was probably the fault of the mail service. Luckily they packaged them in plastic so the contents were unharmed. Thank you Custom Ink!

for me to have paid so much for a shirt, i would have expected it to have been looked at by someone that was experienced and they should have noticed that it probably wasnt what i was trying to achieve....there is no doubt that the equiptment that you have could have matched up the navy logos to the trim ...i promise you, i would have ordered several more shirts if i had been satisfied.... i loved the idea of being able to have a unique shirt , but i thought your company had better experience and would compensate for color shades...sorry but very disappointed

Ordering from Custom Ink was by far the easiest and most enjoyable customer service experiance I have ever had by far. At the last minute I needed to get jerseys made for my Navy flag football team and Custom Ink went above and beyond to help me with the design and shipping. The customer service representatives not only improved my design ideas, but they ensured my order came in ahead of schedule at no addition cost to our command. They told me they would have it here in 10 days, and then put an extra rush on it to stand behind what they said. In a world of shoddy customer service and impersonal touch tone navigation menus, Custom Ink sets the standard for all other companies with their staff of friendly and dedicated professionals. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that requires an outstanding product.

I got a mailer at my office that caught my eye. Usually I toss that stuff in the trash, but Id been considering custom t-shirts for a while so I went to the site and found it very easy to design what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable, even if you only order 1 shirt. After placing the order I received a call from CustomInk alterting me to a possible issue with the color that I chose. Im very glad he called because had he not, I know I would have not been as satisfied. Apparently the colors on the website show up brighter than they will on the actual product, so the Navy blue I chose would have looked almost black, so I chose a lighter shade of blue. Thank you for pointing that out.The order arrived days sooner than I had anticipated as well.

I was so impressed by Custom Ink. I have used them before and liked them quite a bit - enough to use them again obviously. This time, however, they blew me away. I ordered a navy and white jacket with white screen printing. Everything went through great - all art approval and such - we were on our way. I recieved a PHONE CALL (you never get those anymore) from a LIVE person, explaining that when they got ready for production, they noticed that the white trim on the jacket was more of an off white and would like the screen print to match that color rather than a true white that I had selected. What a fantastic notice of detail!! I would have been very disappointed with a mis-matched product and to have someone be as particular as I am in charge of the production was a wonderful experience indeed.

Overall I feel your company is very helpful and great w/customer service. I had initially tried to get orange women's fleese and a great search ensued but we could not locate anywhere wholesale so we went w/the navy. Would have considered white, colors were problem as we are royal blue and orange.
