Looking for a way to make family reunion t-shirt ordering easier. In the past I've sent out order forms waited for checks then placed orders or ordered and collected funds at the reunion. This process was very time consuming and we got stuck with shirts that were ordered and people didn't pick up or pay for. The group order here solved that problem with the online payment option. I really love how easy this made things for me. I love the design tool that helped me design an awesome Navy inspired t-shirt in memory of my uncle who was loved by all. We were even able to add a masonic symbol embedded in the design. Everyone loved the shirts, they were good quality, preshrunk so the fit was good. Ordering was easy, shipment was received on time, earlier than promised actually and overpayment was sent in a reasonable amount of time. Very impressed with this. I wish there was a way to make them the same price across the board for group orders regardless of size but overall very satisfied with the order and the process.

A little bit tricky about getting the image right in the creator program on the CustomInk website and so had to ask customer service for help. They helped. It was a little hard to visualize because even though it said one color it was still showing in navy and gray so I was afraid I wouldn't like it when I saw it in one color. I got the frisbees I wanted on a terribly tight deadline. They look sooooo good. And they look good in one color. I wish we could print two-color though.

Loved the quality of the t-shirt recommended by Allyson Shumaker (Item: Next Level 60/40 V-Neck T-shirt - Midnight Navy) when I called in to place a reorder a week before the event. The shirts were soft and light and the color was different but similar with a modern style. We loved the shirts and plan on reordering again! Thank you so much! I'm a very satisfied customer! ..and we won 1st Place People's Choice for the 3rd year in a row!!

I like the design process and the customer service and designer people are always amazing, I just wish I could have gotten what I wanted for the price I paid. Only ordering 1 shirt really limits options and mine was representing a fallen Navy SEAL, it was really important to me.

Everything went fabulous from start to finish! CustomInks team is great! Fast, low hassle, great customer service. Love that your customer service rep suggested that we could send a hat to the screen printer so that the navy on our printed shirts match the base color navy of the hats we ordered. That's just going above and beyond, and I love that!

Ordering was great. Everyone was helpful. Unfortunately, the end product was just wrong. I think you should replace the sport-tek shirts and the hanes navy blue 50/50 in its entirety.

This review goes for number T-6052310 & T-6052339 as well. I tried to make 3 identical shirts, just with different color combinations. I made each one in a different tab to line up each shirt and make sure the letters and numbers were in the exact same place. It appeared on the computer that I had done so, but when I received the shirts, none of them were uniform like the example made it seem they would be. It also seems like the shirts themselves are different, because the red shirt has a much thicker collar than the two navy ones.

Would not order from here again. Color on logo turned out purple not navy and product runs very small. Shirts are useless to us.

First time using this company. Needed a coaches shirt for a softball tournament quickly. I ordered a white with navy because it's the only option for 1 order. Would've preferred navy with white but needed to order 6. Why, don't know. The shirt is as expected for a white dri fit. A bit see thru, but expected. Printing came out very nice. Hopefully, the rest of the organization will like it as well and change their logo to this one. Very happy overall with the ease of the website, choices of designs and speed of delivery. It showed up a week early. Glad I used them. Will use them for future designs.
