High quality, soft polos. Good follow through and customer service.

I have always seen Custom Ink, but figured I would give my business to smaller printing companies around my area. When I saw that the type of polos I wanted to purchase was cheaper on Custom Ink,I figured I would try it. I sure am glad! I think that Custom Ink will have my business from now on. The notification process kept me updated perfectly, the shipping was perfectly on time, and the printing looks amazing. Also, when I called about a concern I had the Customer Service was AWESOME! Polite, extremely helpful, and I felt that they really wanted to help me however they could. Thanks Custom Ink!

Great user experience picking a product and uploading design. Custom Ink went above and beyond to re-work my uploaded logo so the polos turned out better. Packaging is the only criticism albeit not a barrier to buying from CustomInk again.

The customer service for this order has been great. The shirts came out well with the logo embroidery. The only complaint that I have is that the shirts are a little thin and short so they don't tuck in as well as I would hope for. Other than that, everyone likes Sport-Tek performance polos.

Getting approval from licensing takes way longer than expected. We were upset that the same design we ordered for our windbreakers was not approved at the same time as the polos and caused us to not have our attire for competition.

The whole process was great. Designing the polo was easy and allowed for me to make it exactly how I wanted it. Ordering was easy as we received excellent customer service help when ordering a few polos with special wording. They were delivered in the guaranteed time and packaged well. Will definitely order from Custom Ink again.

Love this website, have been using it a lot. Just the polos werent super great and the coats ran large. Other than that it was good.

We are very happy with our Custom Ink purchases. We ordred over 100 t- shirts and polos in sizes from Youth Small through 5x. The logo, sizing, colors, and quaility in all of the sizes was great! We loved the option of sending an order link to each person. It made the process quick and easy for our large staff. Shipping was fast and on time. We will order from Custom Ink again.

Design and ordering was fairly simple on the website. I was limited on the selection of shirts that I could order on the website (could not combine tshirts and polos in the same order) but I called customer services and they were friendly and easily helped me finish my order. The order conformation process was very easy and the shirts were delivered fairly quickly. However, half the shirts were printed very badly so I am going to have to deal with replacing some of my order. Great ordering process, bad shirt printing

I've ordered from Zazzle in the past but experienced poor quality control and they've been "Temporarily out of stock" for the past 2 years on 100% cotton polos. My local Instant Imprints charges a whopping $70 to apply my logo to their cotton/polyester blend polo that I didn't want. After running into one frustration after the next, it was a relief to reach a Custom Ink service rep who brought up my account and my uploaded logo and was able to assist me with my order. One concern was the white background behind my logo. The rep quickly assured me they can remove that. They have the Gildan Ultra Cotton polos in a variety of colors that I prefer. Great customer service, communication and pricing at about $25 per shirt. Save yourself the same grief I experienced with other vendors and order from Custom Ink.

We got the order!!! It came!! Yay!! LOVE the polos and the UA brand BUT the embroidery is extremely itchy
