I and my family was so pleased and happy with the T-shirts received for my Aunt Alice's 90th Birthday Celebration. The final result of the t-shirts, the images I uploaded were perfect. People at Custom Ink are very friendly and want to help you, but occasionally things can go wrong. In my case, the design I sent was modified in a significant way I hadn't noticed, so when I got the T-shirt, I was disappointed with the product.

The printing on the shirt is quite good. But as soon as I unfolded the shirt from its packaging I noticed two dark penny sized stains on the front of the shirt. Very hesitant to place another order with them.

This was easy to do, and I like the shirt. My design was very simple and straightforward, so I can't say how it would go with something more complicated, but I am pleased with the shirt and fast delivery.

Great product!! It may be screen printed but it looks amazing and it took only two weeks to arrive. The entire class had fun designing the shirt and coming up with a logo and motto, and it seems other classes may do it now too!

I tried a different company once against my better judgment because a friend of mine had a relative who had at shirt business. I'll never do it again. The experience was so bad I cancelled my order, lost my deposit, and went directly back to customink. You guys are able to do what I want, how I want it, with perfect results and zero hassle every single time.

I created the shirt online and hesitated a few times. CustomInk contacted me about the image which I asked for the opinion on the customer service rep who was on the phone with me and I'm glad I did. This was the first time I used CustomInk and everything was great. The design was adjusted by your quality control person to appear in the right position on the shirt as well as taking care to see that the wording fit correctly with the design. The color and quality of the shirt was excellent and they were received all the way to Hawaii 4 days prior to the day they were promised.

These shirts turned out fantastic, and the customer service was great. I had these shirts made for a friend's epic race across the country and *had* to have them delivered before we left. I first tried to go through another t-shirt company with lower prices, only to find them extremely poor at responding to my phone calls/emails to sort out the artwork. When it was clear they would not be able to deliver quality shirts on time or even talk to me about options for making it work, I gave CustomInk a call. It took less than an hour to place my order with CustomInk and be reassured that my t-shirts would be guaranteed to arrive on time. From there, I was very impressed that CustomInk followed up at least daily and I was always able to get someone knowledgeable and responsive on the phone instantly. To top it all off, CustomInk recognized that the timeline was tight and went the extra mile to get a courier service to deliver our shirts exactly on schedule. Wow. Great customer service, and the folks were even interested in chatting about the race and finding out what we were getting t-shirts for. The order ended up being more expensive than the original company I tried to order from, but was well worth it. I will go with known quality over cheap price and unknown/poor service in the future.
