My only frustration with your company was that originally I was going to order 8 shirts. The price quoted was $18 and some change per shirt. I then realized I needed 1 more shirt which increased the price to $21+change per shirt. I don't understand how ordering 1 more shirt increased the price of all other shirts per shirt. Otherwise, I was very happy with the process.

Never disappoints always great job, four tee-shirt order 3 pictures of out twin grandchildren and one time the picture of one wasn't good enough to print they let me know and we found one that worked. They go the extra mile always. We had a family reunion and needed t-shirts 2yrs toddler to 3xl 50 shirts worked out great.

The shirt which I ordered actually arrived one day ahead of the actual day promised. I was thrilled with the quality of the shirt and the graphics. I will definitely be ordering more things from Custom Ink!

Custom Ink is GREAT! I needed to order 31 t shirts for a family reunion with a little more than a week to have them delivered. I called instead of using the website exclusively because there were a number of requirements that had to be met, such as expedited shipping, toddler t shirts, and multiple screen printing. I ended up calling twice because the first time I called more for information gathering, but both customer service representatives were amazing and very friendly with great suggestions. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the design and material. I was one of the last family members to arrive at the reunion and was quite pleased to find that the majority of people already had their t shirts and ended up wearing them all weekend. I will definitely use Custom Ink for all my future t shirt printing needs!

My overall experience was GREAT! Shirt looks GREAT and came in a timely fashion.

The website was easy to use, though I wish it had been clear from the beginning that the shirt we were ordering (we only needed one) could only have 2 colors (it would have saved a lot of time). Anyway, making the order was easy and the shirt arrived before it was expected. I would have been more pleased if the ink color had been more opaque. Perhaps, as part of the website, a link could be set up to show potential customers what the printing will actually look like on the fabric options. Thanks!

Amazing options for customizing. The shirt I designed for my husband for Father's Day was absolutely perfect!!! Couldn't be happier with the product, and the delivery time was even quicker than estimated. We will definitely be using CustomInk again in the future!

Customer service was fantastic! They answered all of my questions on the phone, edited my image for me in the process, and had it ordered and on the way quickly. The shirts look great and I have had a lot of positive feedback on them. I even received an email offering to donate to support the cause for which we ordered the shirt - a lovely and unexpected gesture. I will definitely use CustomInk again! Thanks for everything!!
