Ordering was easy...though I wasn't able to effectively find a mix of adult, youth and pocket tees that I could order together [different ages and shirt style tastes in my group]...so I ended up just ordering a single style in adult; and let the kiddos just have a larger shirt. Guiding through a 'mixed' order in the online process would be helpful. Overall, still a great result and very affordable for a custom design.

I loved that I could upload my own images to use on my shirt. Shirts came well before the guaranteed delivery date. They look great and I can't wait to see everyone's expression when we wear them to the party.

I actually liked the finished product overall. My only real issue is that it took three people to get it close to "correct". I had included some little teeny-tiny flashes of color behind my main art work. The first two proofs, these little teeny-tiny flashes of color were HUGE! All you could really notice were the big spots of color. The second person did the exact same thing. The third person took the time to listen, AND look up the art work that I had sent in vs just what the shirt looked like. The little teeny-tiny flashes of color were still bigger than what I wanted, but they were at least do-able. The third person was great! The other two were fine as well, however they just weren't listening to what I was saying.

Excellent customer service. Other companies could take a lesson from yours.... Quality shirts and printing. I'm a repeat customer and my other shirt is still looking great....Won't shop anywhere else for custom t-shirts. Thanks for great shirts year after year!

Easy to use website. Customer service employed extremely helpful, great attitude and courteous. Disappointed in shirt color selection when trying to order matching colored shirts from both adult size and child size together. Price for second screen to be made was very expensive especially since only needed for one child shirt.

Recently ordered my first shirts from this website for my band and was very pleased with my experience. We have done business with local Tshirt shops and even checked out other sites where we qualified for a discount through our employment and still went with custom ink. The reasons why are simple. Their website was BY FAR the easiest to use when creating your own custom shirt and the prices were the best out of every store and site we checked. Not only that but the quality of the shirts we ordered were great especially for the low price we paid. And I felt very appreciated as a customer. If you need a custom shirt made this is the site to use!

The quality of the shirt and printing are great. The best part about using CustomInk was the quick turnaround. The two downsides of using CustomInk that I came across were that the image upload and placement process wasn't very precise, and I had to input my shipping and credit card info four times (once per design) instead of just once for the whole order.
