I found this company very nice to deal with. They drew up the pictures from scratch . . .just as descrbed . . . and they look very real. They were quick and efficient. It is very unfortunate that you all waited six days after I placed my order to just now tell me that I won't be able to get my order. Now I have to find another Christmas gift. This is very disorganized and I'm highly upset by this. There is no reason why it should have taken SIX DAYS for your artists to review my item and tell me that I won't be able to order my shirt. This is ridiculous. What can you all offer for my inconvenience? Please quickly refund my money.

I loved the entire experience. My shirt was fairly high priced, but it had so much text on it, I understand. It was easy to make and I received it earlier than expected! That's so insanely hard to find today! Thank you for one of the best ordering experiences I've ever had. Completely satisfied!

I thought CustomInk's website was very user-friendly and easy to use. I really enjoyed playing with all the options! I made a mistake in the size of the shirt I ordered and CustomInk was understanding and let me change my shirt size to the one I wanted! CustomInk seems not want to fix their mistakes.I bought a shirt that came with a stain or dirt on it and did not offer to send me a new one but was told to wash it. How good will that look when i give it as a present. If this company can't take care of their mistakes then i will not buy or refer anyone to do business with this company.

It was fun and easy to find fonts and artwork for a very special t-shirt for my mother's birthday. She is the mother of twin girls, the grandmother of boy/girl twins and the great-grandmother of boy/girl twins. All of the functions on the site were very flexible for trying out font size and positioning the graphics. And, best of all, my mom loved her one-of-a-kind 3 generations of twins shirt!

This was my first order from CustomInk. I have to say it was exceptional. I uploaded my own artwork and the final result was great. I asked the artists to make some touch ups as needed. It looks like my artwork was resized to better fit the shirt and that was very well executed and took the design to the next level. CustomInk has earned a repeat customer.
