I will not be ordering from here again. the sizes were not the same even though it was the same bella and canvas ultra soft. We almost ordered a size up for 2 employees because they were to short.

The artwork looked great, and the Port & Company Hoodie was super soft and cozy. Our faculty and staff love our new school shirts! Thank you for helping us get the final product to our staff before we leave for winter break!

Overall, custom ink provides a good product and is definitely better than other custom printing companies I jave used in the past. The selection of shirts is amazing and they are actually soft! Very quick time from submission to shipping and receiving the product.

I picked Custom Ink for your abundant options and it seemed to be the only place I could find that exact color shirt I was looking for. I was especially happy because Bella is typically very soft shirts. However they are very rough even after washing once. Looking at the shirt too it seems like the shirt has been around for a while. It's got some light pilling that seemed like it happened in the screenprinting maybe? It's all over the shirts though. I also did not think the logo was as clean as it should be - it's almost like the logo was already faded. I'm not sure I'd buy again, especially for the price. I was expecting nicer quality.

Shirt turned out terrible. I ordered a black shirt with a small amount of white text and the text was blurred and not printed crisply. The Hanes tshirt is crunchy, not soft at all. I ordered this as a gift and it cannot be used. I was very disappointed with this product and will not use this website in the future.

I love our student leadership shirts! My students are so excited to wear them and they are so soft! The design came out perfect!

It was meh compared to the previous shirts we selected which were out of stock. The old shirts were very soft to the touch and comfy; a trick we found was looking for "Heather" in the name of the color. CustomInk switched the shirts with some new shirt we've never felt before, and it feels very meh / a little scratchy and stiff. I'm not sure our team will want to wear the new shirts, whereas they did the previous soft ones.

I like the website and ordering options. They were quick to arrive. The T-shirt had “soft” in the name but were really thick and hard, not soft at all. I wouldn’t ever use them. I had to reorder in another style.

It was easy to place my order and it arrived in just over a week. However, printing of the graphic on two of the four shirts was blurry. Not bad enough to throw them in the trash, but disappointing. The shirts also have a surprisingly stiff--and not soft--texture.

Customer service was great in helping me keep costs down. I did ask them about quality of shirts that I was interested in. They claimed to not know. I wish they could have told me that the shirt I selected was not very soft.
