Mostly good. The number of shirt sizes I had selected for my order some reason kept changing- glad I caught it before I hit "send." The numbers changed on me at least three times for some reason (the # of small t-shirts ordered, for example would say "6" when I had earlier pressed "4.") Also, shirts arrived about 5 p.m. on Friday, but we needed them for a softball tournament that happened Friday during the day, so my team was the only one without t-shirts.

Everyone at CustomInk was extremely professional and courteous throught the process. Between the design process (and with help from you guys the shirts came out even better then originally planned!) and the shipping (we received the order 4 days before we expected!) we couldn't have had a better experience. Shipping was great and fast. I wish I could order less than 6. I use these shirts for my softball team and need to buy just a couple each season. Being forced to buy 6 is a pain

I was extremely impressed by the end product. It was everything I had hoped for and more! I love how CustomInk provides proofs for you to confirm to again ensure that everything is correct. The most impressive touch, however, was the handwritten postcard from my customer service rep wishing my softball team a great season. You guys are awesome. We ordered a bunch of shirts for our softball team and were quoted 5/5 as our delivery date. The shirts came in last week, 5/1, a full 3 days ahead of schedule. The well wishes for our softball team over email was really nice. I like that actual humans (who care) were involved in the process. :) The shirts arrived for our Thursday night game, so the team was really pumped. We won the game (a big for us ha) and everyone said it was because of the new shirts!
