My experience with CustomInk couldn't have been more positive. Every step of the way I was impressed with how well things went. The design are was really well built and I was able to try a ton of different ideas that were all suggested by my softball team and visually see the results. Once that was decided, the extra help provided by the artists on your team explaining my options and the pro's and cons of each was really appreciated (as well as the fact that they were working on a Sunday!) All in all, I don't think I could have had a better experience.

I was a little hesitant at first since I didn't have any direct recommendations and no face to face contact since we are in the West Coast. However, from the minute I went to the website and spoke to a rep directly, I knew that I was making the right decision. Everything was so easy and smooth. Wonderful customer service for sure. The product arrived way before it was due. When I opened the box I was so impressed with the quality of all the sweatshirts. They were perfect! Thank you for making our softball team so Happy!!!

Customer service on the phone was great. Other than that, it was a disappointing. The screen printing was VERY crooked on the front of some of the shirts. The order was for a softball team, and some of my teammates asked me for your customer service number to discuss a replacement shirt. This is unacceptable, a screen printing website should be good at screen printing. Will likely explore for other options for future orders.

Overall the site is very easy to use and I would use it again if I had a bigger order. Maybe a softball order or something.

I like the fact that the people at customink double and even triple checked all the details before printing my shirts. They took their time and did the job right the first time. I will be back for more next softball season.

Again I have nothing but positive to say aboust our experience with customink. Our customized order was handled with a high degree of professionalism. The step by step process assured me that the jerseys were going to be exactly how I designed them and I always knew how far along customink was in the process from order placement to shipment. Our softball team will definitley use customink from here on out.

Overall experience was great, very easy to navigate the site as well as designing your own shirts. I wanted a little more options and when I called customer service to tweak the design/order, it was all taken care of easily and with enthusiasm. Erin was the customer service rep that I spoke to and her attitude and strive for excellence showed not only in her actions but also in her voice! She had such a charming voice that she could of sold me FREE rock for $15. Great job and great product, looking forward to sporting the new Ts this softball season.
