As a high school club sponsor, I sometimes dread jumping through all of the hoops required to make shirts for my students. Custom Ink makes the process of designing and making shirt choices together so much simpler. Also, it is so easy to do the purchase order paperwork with the quote and the design all together for the approval process.

So Yea I actually incredibly dislike what I received it looks nothing like what i designed. and I admit I felt saddened from my purchase. I was planning on buying One T-shirt first-to see how they turn out before making a huge purchase. I am now super hesitant on even buying 1 of your t-shirts, considering its almost 30 dollars for one risky t-shirt. I can buy a super awesome designed t-shirt for 15 dollars with awesome printing, I actually bought a super awesome high design buddha t-shirt for 15 dollars. and since i received my order I have just felt saddened on the loss of money and then I think about how the shirts that other companies make can cost me 15-20 dollars, so i think whats the point of designing t-shirts from a custom ink company. It might just be best to somehow start screen printing myself or be hands on with someone who can help me design the shirts the way I imagine. So I told myself I will buy one more-of another design I made-from Custom Ink. and if it looks nothing like a imagine or create in the design lab....Then i will no longer purchase another shirt from you Custom Ink again. Then again I am thinking maybe Custom Ink isn't the kind of company that I need to start my clothing line or merchandise. But I also am thinking at this moment that Custom Ink wouldn't limit their Reach and Potential to just making designs for charities, fundraisers, and church. I am trying to make t-shirts for the bands I sponsor, the record label I founded with my brother, and myself as an artist So I am actually just thinking about what to do, I was planning on using Custom Ink to draw out my ideas and have them designed and printed to sell as merchandise and sponsor material. So basically the shirt I received looks like bad. i was saddened and well now I don't want to go through the trouble of having to ship you the shirt back just to wait forever for another shirt. So I decided to keep the shirt and redesign it on my own, with my own supplies. Unless you Guys would send me the same design reprinted to the scale that is shown in the design lab, that would be cool. and I would definitely continuing using Custom Ink. Did an Artist even look over my design? Did they even consider that it looked bad?. I practice meditation and follow the teachings of the Buddha, so I am not one to follow into perceptions or have any reason to perceive the world in any negative way. The Shirt I Received Just Literally Looked Nothing Like I Imagined and Created in the Design Lab. The Shirt Looks Bad. This is the Truth. So what the Heck should I do? Do I keep the shirt be okay with it and just redesign it here myself with my own supplies or do you guys want to send another shirt that looks properly?

I uploaded my own logo for a Charity race I sponsor and the result was just perfect. They even highlighted the name on the logo so it did not blend in and am very grateful. Great prompt service.

Customink is a great company! The website was easy to use and the options were endless. The chat assistants were very helpful; exercising incredible patience for my endless questions. The shirts were of good quality and the price was more than fair. As the sponsor of our group, I loved that individuals could order and pay for the shirts online. I didn't have to collect money and I didn't have to worry about getting the correct size, color, or style. With that being said, I loved that we could order different styles with no extra charge. We offered the group short and long sleeve options. We could have offered numerous colors too but chose to stick with one for uniformity. Plan to use Customink.com a lot in the future.

I was/am so overwhelmed with T-shirts that I ordered for my family reunion that I can't stop talking about them to every one that listens.....the quality of the shirts, the vivid screen printing, the on time delivery, the price and of course the packaging. I am so pleased with this order that I am trying to put together an order for my church so that we can wear them for our fundraising projects or any other venue that we may sponsor. What blew me away was that someone actually looked our design over, made suggestions, & asked for final approval. As the Gay Straight Alliance teacher sponsor, I teared up when your person changed the picture to have the man-man, woman-man, woman-woman symbols hold hands to signify their love. It is the little things like that which mean so much to anyone struggling to be accepted. I will probably forever be a customer now simply due to that. THANK YOU!

Admittedly, we were a bit apprehensive about using CustomInk at first. My fears were immediately quelled once I spoke with a friendly and knowledgable customer service representative. I have been ordering t-shirts every year for the club I sponsor. I've looked into using CustomInk in the past, but the prices have always been higher than other companies. I have gone with the cheaper options in the past, but last year the design on our shirts ended up crooked and distorted on almost every single shirt. This year I finally decided to try CustomInk to see if the quality was any better. I was blown away at the crisp detail and consistent quality of print on each t-shirt. Your service department is the best. You are lightening fast. Can you be our corporate sponsor? We are a DC/MD non-profit dance organization, that only orders from you. All our youth dance company directors design and order from you. I sit and click and design all our branded merch, through you. I only wish our studios were large enough to purchase the quantities required to REALLY save. With this new set of merch, we will see how well we sell - and we can just reorder. This is my 4th project with CI and your team never ceases to amaze. The art/production department clearly dedicated themselves to making my sponsor supplied artwork the very best it could be on the shirt. And for that I am grateful.
