I really love that I can type out what I want on the shirt and your website provides me with multiple design options, which I can adjust. I haven't been able to find that anywhere else. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from ordering to delivery. I have purchased through your website for family sweatshirts for the past two years. However, I might try looking somewhere else in the future as the products (sweatshirts) I need to outfit our whole family are not stocked in a variety of sizes and colors needed for the whole family.

Not very happy, the sweatshirts are cheap material and tear easily

Although 1 of the sweatshirts was printed incorrectly, the Custom Ink team responded rapidly to correct the issue. The process overall was fantastic and the product was amazing as well.

The product was great overall, though it seemed like the size of our design did not scale relative to the size of the sweatshirts, so while the smalls and mediums looked great, the design looked a bit too small on the large and xl sizes, since it did not increase in size relative to the size increase of the sweatshirts themselves.

The t-shirts and sweatshirts looked exactly as they did online. There were no surprises and we are very happy with the order!

The website was very easy and intuitive to use. I went to this company because I needed the sweatshirts in a short time frame and they delivered 6 days earlier than they told us they would which is even better! The quality is not amazing, but I choose quantity, time, and price over the quality so I am ver pleased with Custom Ink! THANK YOU

This is the third time I’ve used custom ink and I love their final products. Pricing is more than reasonable. The variety of sizing in many products from youth through adult multi-XL is imperative for the age group I order for. Families love when the orders arrive and the sweatshirts and warm ups quickly become a favorite of the players for both practices/games and at school. This promotes a sense of community and team spirit. Will absolutely be ordering again.

I always love the service at Custom Ink. The actual quality of the sweatshirts and the printing look great BUT we approved a smaller version of the arm logo then was printed. Not sure if they ignored the changed proof or what but it's obviously printed larger than the approved Proof. I'm not happy about it but we don't have time to demand a re-print.

Only one hiccup with my sweatshirt missing a small detail and it was fixed immediately, great customer service. The sweatshirts turned out great. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are a small business. We own and operate it, would be nice to see more options other than a high minimum on certain colors of shirts and sweatshirts. Because we are a small business we don’t have the option of choosing the colors we would like to have. I personally don’t need 6 of one kind of shirt or sweatshirt so I have to by at other places that give me that option. But overall your customer service is excellent and that’s why we choose you.

I worked with Sales Specialist David Wilde. He was extremely helpful in helping me select a product that would work for our business. All questions were answered quickly. Our sweatshirts arrived in a timely manner, packaged nicely, and was accurate.
