The website was very easy to use and the e-mails with the order progress were very helpful. The design came out as expected although the t-shirt material (Hanes tagless) felt surprisingly stiff and heavy.

The 49 matching shirts we ordered for our family reunion were a huge hit! Easily custom designed on the website. Hanes tagless 100%cottom orewashed were true to size and very comfortable.

Love you software for website to Digital Print results!! Solid execution. My biggest issue is shirts & shirts sizing. I like the heavier 6oz Tshirt & getting a size that is advertised on the sizing chart is very hard. I never get the same size shirt yet order the same size 3XL always. In the Hanes Beefy T is perfect in size & color & fit. However there is 5 min order. I went with a 4XL in Tagless which fits mostly like a Beefy T 3XL does. This was a good compromise that happened to work this time. Next time not so lucky? I order a couple shirts a year so if anyone that reads these notes & would pass my issue up the food chain I'd love to work on a better permanent solution. I have ordered a lot less & have been seeking other vendors due to this issue. So I leave my next order up in the air up to you guys.

BOTH of these shirts may be the worst quality shirts I've EVER purchased. I have TONS of hanes tagless shirts, I have tons of bella shirts and I have never encountered shirts this ill-fitting or uncomfortable. This is easily the worst 70bucks I've ever spent.

I ordered some t shirts for my technicians at my shop and uploaded my logo and added some print to design. I love the color of the deep royal blue on the haines tagless shirts. Turn around time was great, using the website was pretty easy and I received efficient communication from the ordering department that allowed me to edit my design before printing. I did receive the shirts in short period of time. My only complaints are that the shrits are stiff feeling and the logo printing was only so-so. I may buy again from custom ink but I will probably see what my local options are first. I think that I may be able to get a better quality shirt and printing of my design locally for around the same cost.

The product was delivered ahead of schedule. The Hanes tagless shirts were a little coarse but that's to be expected with all cotton. I'm going with cotton-poly blend next time.

The whole process was very quick and easy. The Hanes tagless shirts are a nice fit and the screening looks great. I was surprised at how fast it was from designing to shipping and receiving the shirts. Only a few days. Thanks for a great job.

I love custom ink and have used them many times in the past. However, I will never purchase a Hanes Tagless T-Shirt again. So uncomfortable and stiff. Also the shoulders were so wide and the waist was not. I understand it's a mens shirt, but since the fabric wouldn't stretch AT ALL, there was no getting around the odd fit. I ended up cutting the shirt up into a tank top so I could make it work for my event that weekend. I'll stick to the Gildan brand that I've used in the past and is very comfortable. I was expecting more from a name brand like Hanes.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the shirts (I ordered Hanes tagless as I’ve been pleased with their quality in plain shirts). Color was exactly as pictured on the website. The printing is of very good quality—image and printing were clear, crisp and there was no scrimping on the ink. I’m sure they will look good for a long time. It was a lot of fun designing the shirt and there were a lot of neat options to really make it look like the idea I had in my mind—actually better! Price was good and delivery was a day early. I know the other people coming on the trip will wear them often afterwards. Very satisfied and will look for opportunities to order again.

Everything was fine except for the misled promise of all t-shirts being tagless.

I find that the Hanes, pre-shrunk 100% cotton tagless t-shirts do not fit the same way consistently across orders. My first order fit well, but the next 3 orders the shirts were very small to begin with and shrunk when they were washed and dryed. Normally, an X-Large shirt fits loosely on me, but the Hanes shirt first very tight, with the exception of the first order. I would like either a refund or my order remade on a different shirt that fits the way it should fit.

I would like to have you re-make the the two t-shirts for this order using a different tagless 100% cotton t-shirt. The Hanes t-shirts used for this order fit different for each of my 4 orders. I suspect that some of the shirts in the other orders are going to shrink and no longer fit as well.

the last two shirts i ordered came out beautifully, i love them and cant stop wearing mine (i bought one for my cousin who also loved his). i'd like to find a shirt product where the material is softer, and not as course as the hanes tagless. it takes a good 4-5 washes before it actually softens up. but also holds the art as well as the hanes tagless does. i tried the tri-blend and the shirt is really soft, but the art seems to break and fade immediately. other than that, no complaints! ill keep designing and buying more shirts! i give the hanes tagless a 5, a 4 because of the material and 1 for how well it holds the art. as for the packaging, i mean its a bag...? but i like how its perforated for easy opening and fits in the mailbox. the orange is bright and immediately noticeable.

In my opinion the web site made it easy to put together my rather simple design. The centering feature as well as the up and down positioning was very helpful. Another thing that was helpful was that after I had "OK d" the proofs someone wanted me to see if a change in the design could be made. I called the customer service number, told them about my dilemma, and they tracked down my order and were able to make the changes before it was too late. The shipment was not only on time but came two days earlier than promised. I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the "Hanes tagless T-shirt" as well as the out come of the shirts overall. Sincerely, Mark.

My experience was completely positive, The T-shirt is a well made, high quality Hanes Tagless at an extremely reasonable price. The custom print turned out just as it looked on the website. It was also a rapid turn around from the time I ordered it until the time it arrived at my front door - only 6 days. I will definitely order from Custom Ink again.
