The t-shirts were exceptional but the customer service was the reason I'd order again...and again. This is my second year ordering tshirts - this year customer service helped me order white screen print because we were tie-dyeing them in class, the shirts look AWESOME!

The purpose of the shirt is for me to Tie Dye my own design and place the image on top. By printing image first the dye penetrates the already murky scan creating less than desirable results. It seems your more interested in selling shirts than providing a high quality silk screen image tailored to the customers specs.

I had a little trouble on the website - it wasn’t letting me complete my order b/c one of my sizes was out of stock, but it wasn’t telling me that - it just wouldn’t let me complete. So I called your customer line & the woman who helped me was AMAZING!!! Nice, warm, and incredibly helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure my pretty small order went perfectly. And the shirts came right on time & were just what I wanted for my 4th grade daughter’s end of the school year tie dye party. Thank you so much!!

We have ordered from Custom Ink for several years, for my daughter's cystic fibrosis annual walk. We have never been disappointed. Every year we order a different color t-shirt. This year was tie dye and the shirts turned out amazing! Customer service is great and shipping was always on time. We will be returning next year to order more team shirts!

My soccer team loved this water bottle! We engraved the lid, including the phrase "Crushed It!" to cap off a great season. They loved the tie dye, that you could crush the bottle down to size, and that they could empty the water on their coaches and teammates! Thanks Custom Ink for the great product and service!

So easy to work with - their design studio is a breeze, they have tons of products to choose from, and their customer service is speedy and helpful. I was unable to find a way to know exactly how my design would be printed on the product - heat press, dye, embroider, etc. but that was my only problem.

I have had great experiences with Custom Ink in the past, but recently used another custom mask supplier who prints with dye sublimation and we had no ink odor issues with that product. Has anyone else complained about this? It was seriously a strong smell.

I designed a shirt for my friend and I who were doing a yes.fit virtual marathon (Manatee). The design tools were easy to use and I love that the design could be reviewed by a pro before printing, shipping also was much faster than I expected and got to me a whole week before it was expected. We are going to tie-dye them and can't wait to see how they come out!

Wonderful experience. Custome Ink even reached out about the lettering on the shirt and asked to center it and make sure the letter sizing was right. Very impressed with the attention to detail. Love that you have tie dye patterns!!!

*Order a sample first!* Everything else about this order was great, except these masks/earloops seemed too big. I have a large head and the mask fits, rather loosely, over my nose and mouth. My coworkers tried them on too, and the smaller-headed folks (adults, mind you) couldn't get a secure fit and had them falling down their noses. One tried to tie a knot in the earloops to shorten them, but stretched the elastic in them too much and ended up making the fit even worse. I would have given a lower rating for them, but I contacted customer service and spoke to a very helpful person who gave us enough of a partial refund to buy some fasteners to tighten up the loops and the staff time to adjust them. *I'd recommend ordering a (free) sample of the product before you buy 100 of them. Next time, I definitely will.*

Love the tie dyed shirts I ordered for a 4th of July baby shower. The design team helped me create the shirt and it turned out fabulous.

Overall, the sizing of the material is a bit odd, but the tie-dye and the print on the shirts looks great! These shirts are really fun for those of us who are bold enough in our fashion decisions to be willing to wear them.

everything turned out great, i just was looking forward to a tie dye shirt, but it said i needed to print at least 48 of them for a tie dye one. which sucks, i feel like that should be available for all amounts. yellow was ok too though.
