My overall experience was actually pretty good. The customer service was awesome I was working with Rachel Johnson and she was very professional and polite. I love the website it's very easy to use and get quotes and other info when needed. The tie-dye shirst are sweet! When I received my order everything was packed well and the box is awesome. In the end the girls loved their shirts so that's what mattered the most.

It was a great experience! Making the design and seeing the previews of it was fun. I also liked the sign-up feature because I used it to have my student's parents to put in their child's sizing and name information. I only wish they could have paid themselves. Nevertheless, I will definitely be doing this again! Also, we tie-dyed the shirts and they came out AWESOME! Thanks again!

Our custom tie-dye tees came out awesome! Nice quality tee. Glad we ordered Adult Small for 9-10 yr old girls since the shirts did run a bit small. Nice quality worth it!!!

From my first conversation with David in CA, then with Jackie in Reno, and finally right here in VA with Kim, the fiance of employee Jason Tolbert in Charlottesville, I received incredible assistance. David confirmed for me that nearby Charlottesville is not set up for customer orders on-site, & he gave me encouragement that I really could do the design on my own from home! Then, Jackie helped me with several text questions so I could finish the design, and Jason Tolbert offered his employee discount, which was a real blessing, too. These t-shirts will be a tie that binds our family this Thanksgiving when we all wear our race shirts; we are even going to wear them for our family Christmas card photo!! Thank you, thank you all.

Custom Ink has great customer service. They were very helpful throughout our shirt process. The tie dyed shirts were super cute. The screen printing on the front was exceptional as well. The numbers on the back were not so good. about 5 of our shirts came in with the numbers peeling off and creased where they had folded them to ship. if it weren't for the numbers these shirts would get a 10. My recommendation would be to order up! These shirts do run small.

As always, I was very impressed with the customer service however I was dissapointed when I received the shirts as my concern with the image on the front was not fixed. Also, some shirts that were the same size were different measurements (i.e.-one medium was 2 inches longer than another medium) and the coloring of the purple dye was off which looked terrible.

My whole team loves the shirt, and the sizing is true to size, and the quality is consistent with the other Gildan shirts! The tie-dyes are done individually, so all shirts are the same, yet they are all slightly different. The shirts looks amazing!

These shirts are for our ladies mudrun. We want them to fit tight so mud doesn't get in our lady areas. I'm flattered because I wear a 2x, and the 2X fit really large on me! I had to tie a knot in the back to make it fit tighter! I'm not the least bit upset about the fit. Thank you for helping me look pretty muddy!

GREAT STAFF..... I have tried working with them on three different projects. A custom mug; that didn;t work out. due to printing problems and also..... Tee-shirts printed on blackshirts, and a white shirt printed with multiple colors. It worked O.K. The digital color printing on black did not turn out well enough for me to ever do it again. I will talk to one of your team members about the material selection before printing on it. I may have made a poor choice in selecting a shirt. The colors printed on black were influenced by that background. The colors are dead. White, for example is Grey and all other colors lack intensity. The print or dye seems so thin,that the background comes thru. I will order after consulting with your team of designers.

The one point that I disliked about the tie-dye shirts I ordered was that I had to order a minimum of 6. There are only four kids in the group and they really wanted the tie-dye ones. When your customer service rep called me to verify my order and ask why I only had 4 shirts personalized, I told him that I only needed 4 because there was a minimum quantity when ordering. He sounded as though he did not realize there was a minimum quantity requirement.
