Overall, good experience: second time in a month we’ve used Custom Ink. For this order, Was hard to tell on site but screen print color on front and back was mismatched (orange v. Red). Ultimately our fault, but if someone is reviewing proofs from customer ink, would have been nice to have a “hey, did you notice this?”. Also, one of the shirts so far has an unidentified stain on it

My overall experience with CUSTOM INK has been of the highest professionalism. The sales representatives I had the pleasure of dealing with were Alfredo V - Jonathan G - and Nataly M. They were so kind and understanding of exactly what I wanted and how special this t-shirt is going to be when my husband receives it for Christmas. Jonathan personally made sure that the design team would create this unique t-shirt according to my instructions. When the t-shirt arrived it met all my expectations and more. Extremely satisfied with the t-shirt I designed with your custom templates. A birthday gift for my dad, the shirt was a tree of life with 7 boxes for all the names of his grandchildren and a text above the tree, "My Grandkids." I was able to create a unique gift with all the kids' names in different fonts. I called customer support several hours after submitting my order to request a few changes (v-neck and change of color for the names in the boxes) and was delighted to find that the changes were easily made. Best customer service EVER!!! The shirt arrived 10 days before expected and looked exactly as the image I created on your web site. I highly recommend Custom Ink and will definitely use again for future needs.

Overall the shirts we received were good, but they did have quality issues on at least a handful of shirts. There were threads out in a lot of the shirt necks and at least a handful of shirts had smudged screen printing.

I appreciate the customer service team's assistance in assessing my design and informing of me a protected image issues. In the end, I'm happy with the quality of the final print. My only complaint is that the size/proportion of the Bella + Canvas Women's Tri-Blend V-Neck T-shirt - Red Triblend is *not* what I expected. I found it to be much wider and disproportionately wider than I was expecting based on the sizing information. But I do like the color and texture!

We order crew necks from your company every year. This year, my employees washed them once and the lettering is peeling off pretty bad. They have tried washing them inside out, with cold water, on a gentle cycle and all of the crew necks have started to peel off. I asked if they dried them, and they didn't even try. Very disappointed with our purchase.

Custom Ink had the most reasonable rush order price of many companies and we were extremely pleased when they arrived on time. Customer service was even able to make a last-minute change to the design and still shipped on schedule. The T-shirts got rave reviews from the family reunion. Our design was printed exactly how we wanted it to. Everyone loved the lightweight and soft feel of the Bella+Canvas shirts. My only frustration came when we realized that the offered T-shirt colors weren't consistent between men's/women's, adult/child, V-neck/Crew neck. We ended up ordering in 4 different colors because it was too late to have the family re-order knowing the color.

The font size is different on each item on the front... should have been the same. I would hope you all would have QC to see that it was messed up. See attached. Both fonts should have been the smaller ones on all 3 shirts. And they are dirty. What do we need to do to get this fixed? v/r Lee J. Lee J. This order was a positive, professional, courteous, and timely experience. After receiving it, it was necessary for me to contact CustomInk for guidance and resolution on the X-Temp fabric v the moisture wicking fabric design of my past orders. We had expected the original polyester type stretchy fabric. However, CustomInk has explained to me that the X Temp is in fact another version. Thank you.

I was the one who set it all up and received the shirts, so I got to deal with sorting them out. That was not the greatest experience. They all said "medium" on the tag. I had to look hard to see if it was a woman's slim fit, or a v-neck, or dolmain??? (the long sleeve was a dead give away). I realize they were folded together, so that helped a little, but maybe some clearer markings to tell them apart. I did figure it out. Also, I have one person who thought she put an order in, but her card didn't go through or some such thing. I'm trying to get another one ordered for her, but I think I'll have to chat with someone to make it happen. I had a great time with Katie when I had a question. I'm still waiting for my "refund". That's another thing that could be better, but I'm not sure how from your end. Since I went over the number of shirts, the price went down. When I get the check, I will give them all some money back. It would be better (for me) if the cards could hold off on the charges and be billed the correct amount. Again, that's probably some thing that you've tried to do, but it's not user friendly from your end. Overall, very pleased and will be back for sure.
