I was very happy to find the bistro mug option at CustomInk as it is not available with other services like this. The mugs look fantastic - just a lot nicer than standard printable mugs - and I am very happy to be able to use them to market our research initiative. They also came in record time (all 185) and I had a very good customer service experience. Interacting with CustomInk is like interacting with a small family business - always a knowledgable person available to answer questions. This was a big order for a work project, and I was able to make it with confidence. Also, their billing department was great at working with my university's finance department.

Overall, it was a pleasant transaction that benefited us greatly. However, now that we have time to compare, we have found that CustomInk is somewhat more expensive than some of the other providers out there. Additionally, the rush shipping costs were quite a bit higher than what I am accustomed to. But like I said, very pleasant and productive transaction overall.
