First off, I don't usually write reviews or respond to requests for customer feedback. I have better things to do with my time but... When possible, I like to use local screen printing companies because in the past I've had terrible experiences with ordering shirts online. Orders came late, parts of the designs weren't printed, colors were wrong, and quantities weren't correct. When a friend suggested I use CustomInk, my t-shirt ordering universe changed forever. The entire process was scary good. I had a fairly complicated order that I was able to complete through live chat in about 15 minutes (Thanks Taylor!). The customer service reps are so patient, helpful, and pleasant to deal with that I have a feeling that they might not be human or may have been genetically engineered in a lab. My order showed up complete and on the day they promised. As much as I like supporting my neighborhood businesses, all of my future t-shirt orders will go to CustomInk.

My overall experience started off a little confusing having some challenges given that I was in the Bahamas with the mailing and billing address. That eventually worked out with the help of a superfantastic young lady by the name of Jermeeka Bush. She is too be saluted for her excellence customer service. she had done such a fanatastic job I am considering ordering some shirts for my staff of 200.
