I really enjoy working with Custom Ink. Often, even if I know it will take slightly longer, I will call my order in because the customer service agents are all just so pleasant to work with and I end up getting good advice about my product selection since everyone there has had some type of real-life interactions with the products they sell - from their company picnics to their own family parties.

I love working with the staff at Custom Ink. They are always professional AND personable. They are prompt to respond to any questions and are willing to work with you, even when you are a small customer that only orders from them once a year. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs quality screen printing on quality shirts. Everyone that gets our shirts raves about the quality of the screen printing and how it lasts. Also, the Canvas jersey T's are SO soft, I don't think we'll ever order anything else.

I had an issue with the ink color on a batch of shirts and custom ink went above and beyond to replace the order in a speedy time period. I then needed additional shirts and they got them to me almost a week earlier then originally quoted. Customer services is great.
