Fast turn around and great customer service. The anvil organic cotton shirts were very wide and short unlike previous ones of the same that we've used. Seems quality control at anvil is lacking. Unfortunate because we ordered 240 of them.

I believe that CustomInk is a great company and does a great job communicating with customers. The problem is when a customer has to talk to too many different employees, communication breakdown is more likely, which happened in our case.
