Very pleased with the service and their customer service representatives. Recieved my shirts in record time.

I wish I could find the words to express how satisfied and impressed we are with CustomInk, but I can't, seeing as how I graduated from the University of Georgia and they just weren't real big on that whole readin' and writin' thing. So, my buddy from Georgia Tech has volunteered to write this and he promised me it would be a doozy. Go Ramblin' Wrecks! And thanks for another perfect job, our 23rd order and never a disappointment.

My overall experience was slightly frustrating. I had problems with payment which caused my entire order to be pushed back, which I was unaware would happen if payment did not go through. In the end they arrived on time, but it cost me a lot extra to get them in time. I will not order rush from here again.

Everything else was great.

Using the website to create a design was extremely easy. The customer service was amazeballs and they even noticed we were participating in a charity event and made a donation to our charity in the team's name. Would use CustomInk again - no question.

I was so impressed with the personal service we received in order to create the best design possible. I was also very impressed by the fact that someone noticed my t-shirt was for a philanthropy event and offered to make a contribution on behalf of CustomInk. These are the reasons I will continue to use customink - it doesn't have much to do with the quality of the t-shirts, which are completely acceptable.

Lori and anyone we have contacted through CustomInk has been amazing! We worked with Adam's Block last fall for an order and it took three months to get what we wanted. It was awful, however working with you all, has given us faith again in an online tshirt company! You all have been so accommodating and respond quickly. Your Custom ink customer service is excellent and the representatives we spoke to were very helpful! We appreciate everything and love the online "team" order page that allowed each member of our cheer team to order their correct size in a central location!

While I have had great experiences with CustomInk in the past, this was very disappointing. I hope this does not become a new pattern.

I knew in my mind what I wanted, but didn't know how to make it happen. I found your website and started browsing and there was the exact item I was looking for.
