I got an e-mail that I should contact a certain person from customer service. I tried to e-mail back but did not receive an answer, so I tried to call the number mentioned in the e-mail. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone and never got a hold of anybody. It finally worked a couple of days later and all I learned was that I get some money back (probably spent on the phonecall, at least half of it). Of course I appreciate getting money back but I think that this communication had better worked via the internet.

Everything was fantastic...the customer service, the screen-printing on the t-shirts and the super-fast delivery! All the other baseball teams in our area were having problems getting their shirts printed quick enough from the local businesses and we had ours in the mail in record time. Thank you for all you did to get them to us so quickly!
