My experience was great! When we had to make a change to the personalization, there was no trouble at all, and when we got the sweatshirts, it was completely changed. Also, the color on the website exactly matched the color of the sweatshirts we got, and even though it said the sweatshirts were lightweight, they are very warm and soft on the inside. Plus, our sweatshirts arrived 2 whole days early, with no extra cost.

The customer service provided to me was excellent. I called several times from Saudi Arabia, the calls were answered quickly and effectively. The staff were helpful and email response was excellent. I particularly found it helpful that I could contact you on your weekends. Our weekends fall on a Thursday and Friday, with Saturday and Sunday being part of our working week. So it was nice to be able to have contact during your weekend which is part of our working week.
