I simply cannot put in words how incredibly impressed I am with the service, follow-through, quality of product and ease of process was with my order of 17 t-shirts ordered and received in less than 48 hours! In every sense of the word, Customink over delivered my expectations. When I told them I needed this order in time for my best friends cancer surgery, they called the hospital themselves to set up delivery at 7am the morning of the surgery! Sure enough at 6:57am, I rec'd a call from the hospital that my t-shirts had arrived. You cannot know just how much this made a difference to my friend, but I can tell you he broke into tears when he saw all 17 of us in our t-shirts standing at the door of the hospital that morning as he arrived for his cancer surgery. Thank you Customink, from the bottom of my heart!

Except for feeling like one adjustment during the review process did not get made, everything was good. Customer service, especially my initial salesperson, was wonderful. Screen printing was great and the clean-up of the logo looks great. Overall happy, but I did feel that I had to put a lot of work into getting the order right, with great custom ink assistance, and so that's why I was disappointed that it wasn't exactly right. 8/10, would order again. :)
