I was impressed with the customer service I received - I had a note on my order when placed that there may be issues with printing. I chatted with a representative, and they noticed right away that the navy blue on a black shirt wouldn't show up well, but knew the blue would show up - they switched the color and we were good to go! Overall I am happy with my order, but I found it difficult to place the order. As you can see three items were included in this order. However, there was a second order with additional items. I wanted to place one order instead of two, but for some reason, I found it very difficult to add additional items with the same design. On top of that, I was not able to locate all the items I wanted unless I left that design and started a new design. Please make it easier to add all available products to an existing design!!!
