I did not give any low ratings. I was dreading ordering t shirts for the first time for a large group of people. Honestly I had never done it before however I was dreading it since our group was large and dispersed all over Canada and the United States. I thought to myself how would I ever accomplish this feat with the least headache. I was so pleased at the whole process from designing the shirt to the ordering process. I also thought the price was reasonable. The staff was also very helpful every time I called the customer service line. The quality of the shirt and the final product was also excellent. It was almost perfect....except for 1 shirt with a minor flaw. I would highly recommend your company and I would definitely use you again....hands down!! Gladys Frias Savala Orange, California

Keith Bruce, who handled my order from start to finish was fantastic. He was smart, helpful, enthusiastic, competent and always followed through and followed up. Keith Bruce was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he was far superior to the customer service that I usually receive. He was really exceptional and I was very impressed by him.

This was a very pleasant experience. I needed T-shirts for a variety of kids sizes and the customer service representative was very knowledgeable, helpful and proactive She designed the shirt while we were still on the phone!. The quality of the product is good. I liked that I had a chance to review it before it was printed. This is an annual event and I will definitely order again.

Pre-sales service from Humza Malik was outstanding. Order was received on time and on target. At our event, our group received many positive comments about our shirts, although the shirts were not the focus of our day (the fundraiser was). We will definitely be back.

We were very happy with the purchase that we made. Customer service was excellent, and they were always friendly on the phone. When we couldn't get the t-shirts that we wanted, they were very fast to find other alternatives. We would definitely order from CustomInk again.
