I stumbled upon customink.com while searching google for embroidered tshirts. The website, by far, was the easiest to manage and look through. Also, the customer service was great. I talked to a rep. about my order (I purchased two different items at a time and the website suggested I call in) and another when I needed to confirm my product. Both representatives were extremely patient and helpful. Each took the time to understand and help with my needs/expectations and concerns. They gave their own opinions and assured me not to worry, so I didn't and I am so glad that I didn't have to! Being able to see my orders' progress was great, too! Not to mention, my order came in earlier than expected as well!

I am very pleased with the product I received. The concern brought up to me by customer service about the low contrast of black embroidery on purple shirt was appreciated but overdone--I am thrilled with how it turned out. I appreciated the high level of concern expressed and the degree to which the rep went to "check it out" and call me back to discuss with the shirt fabric and thread right in front of him.
