We've ordered multiple times from Custom Ink. For the most part our experience had been very good. Our latest order however had a couple of mistakes. It was our first with custom names and numbers. We understand this happens and sent a message to get the two shirts in our order that had been misprinted fixed. They had flipped the size and names/numbers of two of them. It took a couple messages before anyone responded and when they did the assumption was that we were not being honest so needed proof they were wrong before they would help. I'll questioned why they didn't just fix them and was given an excuse about they didn't need proof but needed to send the printer so they could fix there process in the future. That would have been fine, although it clearly wasn't the case. They followed up by saying in the next line they can't send replacements without documentation so completely disregarding the fake apology for treating us like we were making it up. It will be our final order from Custom Ink which is a shame because the process for most things is very quick and easy.
