Our first jacket order was the reason we came back for our shirts. Not what we wanted at all, I specifically asked for embroidery pricing and thought that was what we were getting. My heart sank in disbelief when I opened the box. I did back to back business trips so I was out of the country with no way fix this

Would like to be able to exchange for another size for a few shirts as they run very small. We had some on the fence medium/small folks who are skin tight in the medium.

CustomInk has EXCELLENT customer service. My only complaint was the sizing on the shirts. I would suggest flat measurements of the garments along with the model line up you provide. Adult M is only 19.5 inches across the front seam to seam.

CustomInk was great to work with. The on-line ordering was very self explanatory. We even uploaded 2 logo's to use. I called customer service once the order was completed on-line just to make sure everything went through okay. They were very helpful. We received our shirts 2 days before the deadline that they gave me.
