The service I received from CustomInk was amazing. The people were very friendly when I had to call and make a change. I really wish when making the mug someone would have brought to my attention that "side 1" is usually the back of the mug since I put the main print on that side (meaning you have to hold the mug with your left hand to see it.. which only lefties would do!) -- as a non-professional I didn't think of it at the time. Otherwise, they did a wonderful job fixing up the photo and words so they meshed well!

Better than I expected - clear crisp graphics

I priced several different websites for the same product and CustomInk was slightly more expensive than the other sites I was looking at, however the options for font, images and online live-proofing and then the follow up of the final proofs made it worth it! I didn't want to pay and order something that I couldn't see until after the fact - and the product came back exactly as I had hoped!

I will use customInk.com again
