I was very impressed with Custom Ink. The customer service blew away my expectations. The representatives and service team members were easy to work with, went out of their way to help, and did an excellent job meeting all special requests. The product I ordered was shipped quickly and once it arrived, received rave reviews. The cups I ordered were fantastic, but it was definitely the customer service that made me so satisfied with Custom Ink. I will definitely recommend Custom Ink to others and I look forward to using Custom Ink again in the future. Thank you so much for being such a well-run, helpful, and overall fantastic business!

It was easy to order what I wanted, and the resulting logo from the poor quality one I submitted was great. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful, too. I will definitely keep CustomInk on my list of "go-to" places for custom items.

While in the end I did receive a product that looked great, it was very disappointing that the original mugs I ordered were out of stock in the color I needed and I wasn't notified of that until a day before I was due to receive them. We had to substitute with the mood stadium cup which is OK, but does not have the same effect as the larger mugs.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of product we searched several companies and by far this was the easiest way to go.

I had a great experience ordering from CustomInk. Design features are awesome and easy to use. Contacted customer service about a question and received a quick and friendly response. My custom cups look great and I received them faster than expected!
