My first experience with custom ink was a very positive and memorable one. I like the look and feel of their website and navigating throughout the site was very simple and intuitive. I placed two separate orders to the same location not knowing that I could have had them in the same order and Jessica H. from Satisfaction Assurance caught this before the order was shipped. She sent me a follow up email to let me know that she put my orders together, saved me money, and thoroughly explained how my order was modified. Thank you for the t-shirt order. We received many positive reviews that the t-shirt (and design) was well done. I appreciated your guaranteed delivery date too, which a concern, because we absolutely needed it by Wednesday. And we had received mixed messages from the delivery service stating that they had attempted to drop off at 4:00pm-ish, but our office did not hear them come, and was glad that they re-attempted to deliver around 7pm, when we happen to have people at the church office able to receive the package, even though it was after hours. So, thank you. It all worked out.
