Excellent!

My challenge was finding someone who would do a really small order on a quality shirt. None of my local printers would do it, even though we've done really large orders with them before. Yeah, too much effort for them; even after many large orders before. I found the CustomInk site by accident after my image wouldn't upload to every other company because it was "too large". When I had trouble eliminating my background color on your design page I called Customer Service and, holy crap, someone actually answered and more importantly not only knew what I was talking about but fixed it. I had to call a couple subsequent times till we got to the final proof and every time your staff were beyond helpful and amazing. By the second call I had to ask about the company (great story guys) because I couldn't believe the Customer Service staff were so helpful. While this was my personal order and was only for 6 shirts, I am now a hugh fan and would definitely use it for my large agency orders. You definitely got it right, it's all about great Customer Service first and a great selection of shirts to print the design on. Amazing job CustomInk!

The customer service was great and fast. I like that they wanted you to proof them and approve them as well. Very accurate, fast and reliable.

We will definitely order more event shirts from CustomInk in the future!

The design of the shirt was easy and then the placing of the order was just as easy. We love the way they look!

This is the 3rd order my volleyball team has placed with your company, and as always, CustomInk delivers the goods with an easy/self serve website and top notch customer service! The staff is friendly, prompt and professional. And we actually received our order well ahead of schedule, which was an added bonus, and very much appreciated! Suffice it to say, we are very happy CustomInk fans, and will definitely repeat.

I have used your company multiple times for orders and the customer service has always been first class, along with the turnaround time.
